While Robin and I were watching the movie I couldn't help but look at her body, she's just so perfect. Robin catches me staring and pauses the movie.
"What are you staring at, wheeler?" She leans her head on her hand.
"Uh- nothing. Let's continue watching the-" Robin places a finger over my mouth.
"I can see you're staring at my body, wheeler." She laughs and takes her finger off my mouth. Before I get to say anything, she cups my face and kisses me.
"Robin! We can't do anything right now, especially with Michael and my parents being home!" I pull away.
"Chill, Nancy. I wasn't gonna do more than just kiss you. Unless you want me to?" She smirks.
"No, Robin. I don't want to do anything right now." I lightly hit her on the shoulder. Robin unpauses the movie and fixates her eyes back on the large screen, I do the same.
—TIMESKIP—
It's 7 am which means we have to get to school. I put my clothes on and so does robin, we both grab our bags, our phones, and shoes. We head downstairs and see my brother Michael preparing a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for himself, he quickly places it in his lunchbox along with some gummies and a cold bottle of water. He slips on his shoes and rushes out the door.
"Micheal! Why are you running? I haven't even opened the car door yet you idiot!" I yell out.
"Well, hurry, open it! I don't wanna be late!!!" He starts to tug on the car door handle.
"Coming, hold on!" I grab my keys and yank Robin by her backpack, which earns me a small 'ouch' out of Robin's mouth.
—TIMESKIP—
Once we arrive at school Micheal, Robin, and I run into Steve, Vickie, Max, Dustin, and Lucas.
"Hey, guys! How are you?" Vickie hauls Robin into a tight hug, She then pulls away and gives me a dirty look, I give her one back.
"Good, thanks for asking Vickie. We better get going now, though." I tow Robin and Micheal towards me and tell them to go to their classes. Once I tell them that I glance once more at Vickie and walk off.
—ROBIN'S P.O.V.—
I start thinking to myself about how strange that encounter with Vickie was. Why didn't she hug Nancy or at least shake her hand? She hugged me with no problem at all, strange. I think I'm gonna skip class, to think about this whole thing, of course, It may seem dramatic but I need to know why Vickie refuses to come in contact with Nance.
I step into the girl's bathroom and lock myself in a stall. I take out my notebook and start to write. I start jotting down things that probably won't make sense to me in 5 minutes. I'll be questioning what I was thinking while writing this. Once I'm halfway through the page I hear two very familiar voices arguing.
"She'll believe me, Nancy!"
"No, she won't!"
"I'm one of her best friends, wheeler! She won't believe some girl she's dating over me! I'm doing this so you don't end up breaking her heart!"
"What! You sound crazy, Vickie! You know I thought you were nice but you're a bitch!"
"I'm a bitch for wanting to protect one of my best friends? You're the one that sounds crazy, wheeler!"
What are they arguing about? I guess I have to figure it out myself. I close my notebook and place it in my bag, I get up from the floor and throw my backpack over my shoulder. Once I open the stall door they both look over at me, jaws hanging wide open.
"Hey, babe!" Nancy gives me an awkward smile.
"Hey, Nance." I stare at both girls. "What's going on? I heard arguing and name-calling."
"Nancy slept with our teacher!!" Vickie yelled.
"What!? Robin, look me in my face and tell me you believe her." Nancy scrutinizes me, arms crossed.
"I don't believe you, Vickie. Why are you trying to ruin something good? I don't get it, are you jealous? Just say so, please." I grab Nancy's hand and walk out of the bathroom.
—TIMESKIP—
The bell rings, it's time to go home. I shove my supplies in my bag and rush out the door, I sit on a bench outside waiting for Nancy and Mike. I finally see them and we get inside Nancy's car and drive off.
Once we get back to the wheeler house we all run upstairs, tired and ready to take a hot shower. I start to take off my clothes while Nancy is looking for something in her bag, I grab some clean night clothes and my undergarments. I hop in the shower and start to hum one of my favorite songs. Nancy comes into the restroom as well and steps into the shower with me.
"Hey, Rob." I hear Nancy's voice which stops my humming.
"Hey, babe." I laugh nervously. Before I can ask her anything our lips connect, and she grabs my waist pulling me closer to her. Her lips make their way down my neck, leaving marks, and making me tilt my head back in pleasure. She stops for a second and cups my face, I kiss her until I can feel my lips go numb. I love her so much.
Once we are 'done', Nancy digs her head into my chest. I run my fingers through her soaked hair, whispering 'i love you'. She slightly nods, trying not to move her head too much. I gently tap her on her shoulder to ask if we could lay down in the tub instead of standing up, and she nods. I pull her away from me and lay down, I then signal for her to lay down on my lap. She eventually falls asleep and so do I. I'd never thought in a million years I'd be falling asleep inside of a bathtub with the love of my life but here we are.
