Author's POV

Tzuyu was standing on the balcony of the school looking at the beautiful city and the starry night right above her.

She had never been on the school's rooftop since it had been strictly forbidden after many incidents at other schools.

But tonight was a different occasion. The teachers weren't on their back as much as they normally are.

They were more chill because it is the winter formal after all.

Clutching her jacket around her tightly her mind wandered off to the thought of a special someone.

Never did she ever think she could have this fun tonight. But she did and all thanks to Jungkook.

Being lost in her thoughts she didn't notice someone slowly approaching her.

Someone who looked at her as if she was the most beautiful girl he's ever seen.

He didn't know this feeling and how to handle It. But he wanted something that he shouldn't want.

Still looking out towards the beautiful city her train of thoughts was cut off, as someone wrapped their arms around her waist putting their chin on her shoulder.

She tensed up a bit at first because of how drastic she was pulled out from her thoughts but soon relaxed when the person spoke.

"Relax baby It's me." He said holding her closer.

She smiled as she couldn't contain her happiness. She felt like the luckiest girl alive... She felt so special.

Tzuyu even started thinking about confessing her feelings for Jungkook tonight.

"It's beautiful, isn't it." She said referring to the starry night and the city lights that made this moment more romantic.

"Like you."

"Tsk... What did I say about the cheese? You are the way too cheesy man." She said jokingly as jungkook smirked.

"Stop complaining. I know you love it." He said as Tzuyu rolled her eyes.

"Whatever makes you sleep at night, cheese cookie ball." She said before turning her eyes towards the view again.

"Seriously, again with the nicknames..."

The two of them became quiet for a little while as they enjoyed the moment.

Tzuyu gulped nervously before speaking, breaking the silence.

"Jungkook?" She called out as the boy hummed in response.

"I'm happy... I'm really happy."

She said as the boy smiled down at her before also turning his gaze towards the beautiful view.

"I am too, Tzuyu."

"Next week is the play..." She said and sounded a bit disappointed.

"Yeah..."

"What will happen with... us?" She asked as the boy secretly gulped before answering.

"I guess it's over then... I mean I did my part of the deal you did yours... So there is nothing left."

"Do we just go back to the way it used to be? Us being... us?"

"I guess.."

Tzuyu took a deep breath before turning her body to fully face Jungkook.

"But... But what if I don't want to." She said as Jungkook frowned at her statement.

"What do you mean?"

"I don't want to go back to the way it used to be..."

"Why? I thought you wanted to just make it simple." He said as she inhaled deeply before confessing.

"I did but that was before I... I got feelings for you..."

She said as awkward silence surrounded both of them as the only thing Jungkook could do right now was stare at her in shock.

He didn't expect this and that was for sure. Standing and just staring at her for a bit longer, Jungkook's appearance changed from a confused to a smirking devilish look.

He scoffed and backed away from her a bit as she stood still looking at the boy confused by his sudden change of behavior.

Jungkook started laughing out loud making Tzuyu bit her lower lip to not start crying,

"Haha, I knew it!!! I told you this would hap this would happen." He laughed as Tzuyu just looked at him and felt shame consume her body.

"Stop laughing."

"Why? This is so funny... I knew this would happen, even warned you."

"But you were all mighty saying that you're not like every other girl who falls in love. Haha, bullshit looks at you now."

"Stop..." She tried to say as her voice cracked even more.

"What was that? Are you crying... How pathetic." He said before turning around to walk away.

Tzuyu stood straight and screamed at him as he stopped.

"But what about everything that happened?! Did that mean nothing to you? Are you so cold?"

She said as he turned his head a bit to the side as his back was still turned against her.

"It meant nothing to me Tzuyu. You were just my little enjoyment like all the other girls."

He said as Tzuyu took off her shoe and threw it at him making him stop in his tracks again.

"I HATE YOU!!" She screamed at him as jungkook had to bite his lip to try and not break down his walls.

"Good." Was the only thing before he left Tzuyu heartbroken on the rooftop crying her heart out.

On the other hand, was someone watching closely the entire scene with a sad smile?

"It's done.." Unknown said on the phone as the door leading towards the rooftop suddenly opened.

A girl walked inside and towards the crying and heartbroken girl with a smirk.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't Kim Tzuyu."
