Downtown Seoul

"Who's idea was it to run 8 blocks? Oh, right it was my stupid ass." I talked to myself out of breath and stopped.

It wasn't much of a help that the sun was shining, warming me up. looked around me and saw that was halfway home.

I sighed as I continued to walk forward. Why did I not just go on his bike? It wasn't like anything would happen.

I mean I could have died if he accidentally did something wrong. But that's like it...

"God I hate myself," I muttered to myself before coming to a halt.

I looked at the shop next to me and read the small poster on the door.

"Wonwoo bear and book looking for employees." I read out loud.

I peeked inside the small shop and saw that there weren't a lot of people inside.

I thought to myself a bit before deciding to step inside.

I walked inside and just observed the place. It wasn't so big but cozy.

When I walked in I directly spotted the worker behind the bar.

Next to the bar was a large bookcase and a small sofa where one older customer sat and drank his beer.

I walked up to the worker and as his eyes met mine instantly drowned in his beautiful brown eyes.

His hair was blonde and he had a white T-shirt on with jeans and a light blue sweater.

On top of his sweater, he had a dark brown apron with white and yellow letters that said Wonwoo beer and book.

His smile was the finest smile I've ever seen. I felt myself falling into a trance just by looking at him.

But soon enough I got out of that trance when he called out to me waving his hands in front of my face.

"Hello, miss?" He asked, looking a bit worried.

"Uh what? Oh ah yeah. Hi." I waved awkwardly.

He also laughed awkwardly and waved back.

"Can I help you?"

"Uh yes, I read the poster you had outside regarding new employees. I was thinking if could get an interview?"

I asked, playing with my fingers. Looking up at him was not an option for me. He was too beautiful for my eyes to handle.

"Yes of course. I'll call my boss over, please sit and wait for a moment." He smiled and went into the employee's room.

I nodded and decided to look around the place. The wall was made of brick reminiscent of the New York style.

I haven't personally been to New York but my aunt and cousin live there. Oh, miss them so much...

I hope they'll come to my birthday at least.

I kept going around observing the place. The bar where they sell all sorts of beer was on the left side of the entrance door.

The bar stools had yellow cushions and so did the stools by the tables,

The bar and tables were made of wood and there were even some retro-styled paintings.

The place was filled with bookcases and the music was slow and nice.

I walked up to one of the bookcases and read the title of one of the books, Vegetarian by Han Kang.

One of my favorite authors. I saw that there were a lot of other books. This place would be a dream to work at.

After some time felt someone pat my shoulder.
