My mind went blank.

The tulips are already stained with blood.

Niyakap ko syang at hindi hinayaan na tuluyang bumagsak sa lupa.

I can't believe that I fail to protect her.

She's shot in front of my eyes. And I can't even do anything.

I didn't even know what happened next.

I just saw myself in the hospital.

Starring out of nowhere.

I can feel Ingrid's dad patted my back.

"She's strong. I know she can overcome this." Dad said.

I look at the operating room's door.

It's been more than an hour since the surgery starts.

Hindi ako mapakali.

Tumayo ako para lumabas at manigarilyo.

I'm going to loose it if I don't do something. Pero papalabas na sana ako ng ospital ng makita ang chapel ng ospital.

I already forgot God.

Alam kong dederetso na ang sa impyerno dahil sa dami ng kasalanan ko.

Pero ngayon, nandito ako sa loob ng chapel.

Ilang minuto din akong nagstay sa chapel at tumitig lamang sa krus kung saan nakapako si Jesus.

"Eve!" I heard Matt call me.

"We already caught him and tortured him." pagbabalita nito sa nangyari sa lalaking bumaril kay Ingrid.

Tumayo na ako at naglakad.

Sumunod naman sa akin si Matt.

Deretso kami sa kotse at laman nito si Ark na nasa driver seat.

Tahimik lamang kami hanggang makarating kung saan nila dinala ang mga taong may dahilan kung bakit nagkaganoon ang taong mahal ko.

Nasa pintuan si Jack at binuksan ang pintuan ng makita kaming naglalakad palapit.

Pagpasok ko ay nagkalat ang dugo. May mga dugo din sa pader.

"That's the man who shoots Ingrid." Jack said and pointed at the guy lying in the corner covered with blood but still breathing.

"Iyon naman isang yon ang nag-utos at nasa likod ng pagbaril. He's the one who betrayed Mr. Belmonte. He's Mr. Marquez. The truth is ikaw talaga ang target nila but she's the one who got shoot. Gusto ka nyang ipapatay dahil sa ginawa mong pagtulong kina Mr. Belmonte at naubos na lahat ng yaman nya at ikaw ang sinisisi nya." Ark said looking at the man sitting on the side. Halatang pinipilit na lang nitong mabuhay.

I look at the other man in this room. I can't even recognize him.

I grinned like a devil when our eyes met.
