Adeline's POV:

"What in the world?" I questioned as confetti rained down on me the moment we walked through the front door into the guys' dorm.

Finally pulling my eyes from the raining confetti I saw Jimin and Taehyung flitting around like little fairies tossing more confetti into the air causing more to rain down on us but mostly me.

"Congratulations Adeline!" The seven of them shouted in unison while Jungkook and Hoseok jumped forth and popped confetti cannons each which put Jimin's, and Taehyung's confetti assault to shame.

I looked up and all around me as confetti continued to fall down around me. I could feel my face split into a wide grin. A second later, I felt Torrie wrap her arms wrap around me in a back hug and sway me and her side to side making me laugh. I felt so overcome with emotion that I knew I was on the verge of tears. I saw Torrie in my peripheral as she leaned around to catch my eye.

"Congrats Adeline!" She grinned planting a loud kiss on my cheek.

"Hey, hey, now. Only I get to do that." Joon said stepping forth through the cloud of confetti thanks to the additional confetti cannon Jungkook set off.

"Well excuse me!" Torrie said as she let me go and pushed me lightly into Joon's arms.

I looked up at him smiling widely. He leaned down and connected our lips. As he kissed me, I could vaguely hear another confetti cannon go off which was only confirmed to be the case when we pulled apart and I looked up to see more confetti filtering down on top of just Joon and I. I laughed shaking my head knocking confetti loose from my hair as I reached up and brushed some out of Joon's.

"All right you two. Break it up." I heard Minkyu say behind me until he stepped next to us. "I didn't come here to watch you guys be gross like these two." Minkyu motioned behind him in Jihun's and Soojin's direction with his thumb.

"Don't forget about us." Torrie said raising her and Yoongi's connected hands up into the air.

"No, please forget about us." Yoongi said pulling them right back down.

I couldn't help the laugh that bubbled forth especially when Torrie began to pout over at Yoongi. I laughed even harder with what I heard come out of her mouth next.

"But lil' meow meow." She whined.

"That's it. I'm breaking up with you." Yoongi said attempting to free his hand from Torrie's.

"Oh please. We both know that will never happen. You love me too much." She said as she made kissy faces at him.

"Wow, and to think I thought those two were gross." Minkyu said once again gesturing behind him at Jihun and Soojin.

"That's it!"

That was all the warning Soojin gave before she darted after Minkyu who instantly flew down the stairs.

"Ya, you're trailing confetti ... ah, forget it." Seokjin gave up mid scolding as he watched the maknae line run after them to see what would happen.

We all laughed as we followed down the stairs into the hall to the living room to see that Soojin had already caught Minkyu and had him in a headlock with the maknae line cheering her on. I giggled as I watched Soojin flick him twice in the forehead before she let him go stating that each flick was for each slight against her and Jihun. Minkyu rubbed his forehead where her finger made contact muttering to himself while glaring at her. Soojin for her part turned to face the guys.
