EVERYONE LIKES me. I'm a likable person according to most. They say that I'm kind, sweet, smart, and a little bit clueless sometimes. But everyone loves me for it, and I like everyone back!
Well, most...there is this one guy who thinks he knows it all. My enemy, Todd Morrison.
Everyone thinks he's smart and some weirdos think he's cute. But I think he is the worst, most annoying being on this planet.
Him and I have this academic rivalry, and are always trying to be better than the other in anything. Such as; tests, grades, gym...oh, and the science fair.
So far I have won every single year for the past 6 years, and I am going to continue that streak.
The science fair happens once every year, usually in between fall or winter. And this years is only a week away! For my new science fair project I've decided to make a potato that can produce electricity.
So basically the potato will act as electricity for a lamp. Once the potato is finished then I should be able to plug a light into it and it should light up if I do it correctly.
I continue my planning inside my pink note book as the teacher continues talking about things I already know.
"Y/N, are you listening?" The teacher calls me out, I look up from my notebook to see everyone staring at me; including Todd.
"Yeah." I say blankly looking back down at my notebook. This seems to irritate my teacher further and she fires back.
"Then answer this question." I look up and she points the chalk in her hand at the chalk board, which on it lays an equation.
How stupid does this woman think I am?
I get up from my seat and walk to the chalk board, my teacher looks at me with a glare; thinking she has won this fight.
The equation I need to solve is: X3 + Y3 + Z3 = ?
I erase the question mark at the end and easily write the answer ' K ~ 42'.
I look over to my teacher and grin. She looks fuming. Like one more second of me standing up here would send her over the edge.
"Am I right?" I ask her, knowing for a fact that I'm right.
She glares at me and nods her head slowly. I strut over to her and dump the chalk in her hand.
"I know I am." I whisper to her although not that quietly and walk back to my seat.
