MY FACE flushes a deep red as I think about him...about my crush. He's so cute! Especially with his long brown hair and super guitar skills. Not to mention his confident attitude!
All I can do is think about him. I can't speak to him, and I can't tell him how I feel, let alone hang out with him!
He's just so perfect.
It hurts my soul to know I'll never be that perfect to him.
I want to be that perfect to him! And I try to be that perfect to him...but no matter how hard I try or want it, he'll never notice me.
I shake the thoughts out of my mind and I close my locker shut; off to my next class, art with mr. R.
I walk a little faster to get to class quicker because Larry is in my class. He's not in most of my classes but he obviously is in art, he's super into art and is really good at it aswell!
It's the only time of the day I'm excited for, not even lunch gets me this excited. And that's saying something.
I would walk with some friends, if I had any...but I don't so I just keep to myself and hope that Travis just stays away from me.
I know I'm definitly not the only person Travis bullies, he bullies loads of other kids too; but mostly me and this other kid named Sal. Sal is also Larry's best friend you know, my crush.
Travis only bullies me because I am not able to speak. In other words; I am mute, the more scientific name being 'mutism'. Travis thinks I'm a freak because of my inability to speak and makes up hurtful rumors that make there way all throughout the school, which is why everyone tends to stay away from me. Travis hurts Sal because he has a prosthetic mask and just because Sal and I are not like everyone else is a good enough reason for Travis to cause us pain.
Travis doesn't even bother to touch or talk down to Larry. I think it's cause he knows what Larry could do to him if he pisses Larry off enough.
I also like that about him. He's always willing to jump in and save his loved ones, even if it means he gets hurt in the process.
I've been crushing on Larry for awhile. Maybe a few months or so. I just happened to fall for his charming face and goofy but confident and kind personality almost the second I switched to Nockfell highschool.
I open the door to mr. R's classroom and don't see him yet. I walk in calmly, but inside I'm freaking out as I see Larry's handsome self sitting in the back.
