I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!
You'd think that by devoting my whole entire being into trying to get my dad to like me and get him notice me would have been enough torture but no!
I spent so much time just trying to please by dad! To make him like me even the smallest bit! Just for him to go ahead and ruin everything I've built once again?!
Thats it! I'm going straight to his office to speak my mind.
I growl under my breath as I angrily stomp my way towards my dads office. Sick and tired of his bullshit, ready to say what has forever needed to be adressed.
The double doors come into view and my fury pulls me closer towards them.
I burst through the office doors and was met with an unexpected sight.
Something I didn't register in my mind was the possible chance that my father would have people in his office currently.
I had thought that it would just be my dad but I was terribly wrong as millions of mens heads turn towards me. Wondering what caused such an intteruption to their meeting.
My dads head snaps over to where I'm currently standing and gives me the harshest glare I've ever received.
"What are you all lookin' at?" I stare back at them.
I could just feel my fathers glare now drilling a hole in the side of my head after saying those words.
All confidence I had shrunk as his glare hit me, causing my self-esteem to lower down to a minimal.
My dad puts on a smile that only I had seemed to notice was forced. As he walked over to me and gripped my shoulders harshly with both his hands.
"Ahh, mr. Phelps, this is my daughter Y/N." My dad pushes me towards a man I've never seen before.
'Son.' I correct him for the millionth time inside my head.
"Y/N, this is Mr. Phelps."
Although I've never seen this man in my life, his last name sounds so familiar. But I can't really seem to put my finger on exactly why...
