"Dad, I'm super terribly sorry!" I bow super duper long to symbolize how deeply sorry I am for saying such a lie. Enhance ice skating skills? When did I even like skating in general? Or even sports?
"Well, you didn't seem to be super sorry when you left that room!" My dad looks at me very angrily and disappointed. I feel so bad, but now that I said that, everyone thinks I'm actually going to go train with someone to get better at ice skating.
"Dad... what do we do now?" I try to come up with something but nothing seems to be able to solve the problem I just got me and my father in! Suddenly the phone rings. I run towards it and see its one of those girls that have been calling me endlessly since the event.
"I'll ignore it. It's the girls calling me to talk about the event." I smile while my dad is still glaring at me.
"I'll get you someone to teach you how to ice skate." My head shoots up so fast I almost break my neck.
"What?!? I have never done any type of work like that, and you are telling me I'll have to go ice skate now?!"
"Cheng Xiao, you got yourself into this! No one told you to say that! Now tell me, who do you think would make a good teacher for you? I don't care if it's a super famous ice skater or a person that doesn't even have one fan, but you gotta give me a name."
I try to think about someone but I've never even been interested in ice skating! How am I supposed to know who?
"Quick! I need to send a contract to whoever is on your mind."
Then, I remember someone. That Kai guy! What was his name? I open up my phone and quickly search up "Figure Skaters Kai." I look around and then I find him.
"Xu Kai!" I say as fast as humanely possible.
"It's done then!" And with that, my dad starts the process to create the contract.
