Chapter 30: Jerks!!!

Ash's POV

(I got bored and woke up so I wrote plz read a/n at the end tanks dudes)

"Jerome why you freaking d-" I say clenching my fist while going to go up the stairs.

"Ash wait!" Mitch says grabbing my wrist. "It's supposed to be a prank. They aren't doing anything I promise." He says causing my eyes to flare.

"This is not a joke! This is not a prank! That is a dick move on his part!" I shout pointing a finger accusingly at Mitch. He looks taken back but he lets go of my hand. "It's not his fault!" He shouts at me.

"Bull shit!" I shout yanking my wrist out of his hand. "You know it too." "Don't call my best friend a dick I don't go around calling Kat names." Mitch spits at me.

"How do I know?!" I spit back at him causing him to go silent....drop dead silence from everyone. After 30 seconds I say with a hurt tone "Exactly I don't."

"We're you all in this as cahoots?!" Andie asks stepping away from Preston. "Guys he's not lying it is suppose to be a joke." Lachlan says causing Katy to huff "A bloody horrible one."

"I can't believe you all." Jenna says dropping Rob's hand that she was holding and walking out of the house. Soon all the girls and Dylan are out of the house except me.

"You should feel ashamed. All of you." I say sounding like a mother scolding her children. I say not a word more and walks out of the house.

I see Flame and Jason sitting in her front yard looking up at the stars causing a small smile to form on my face. At least they get a happy ending.
I walk my skateboard down to the end of the driving and push off hoping on it.

After pushing for awhile I see Kat's black jeep by an old park that we'd come to with our pack for fun during conventions. I pick up my board and start walking along a dirt path through a wooded area.

I slide my hands in my front jean pockets to keep the cold from nipping at my fingertips. The reason the guys would let Jerome do that I don't know. I wonder this for awhile until I come to a road I see Kat sitting down with her hood up on the sidewalk.

Being the good friend I am I walk over and pop a squat next to her causing her to jump.

"For fudge sakes Ash." She says laughing a little causing me to laugh. "I just wanted to join my buddy in looking at that awesome sun of a sunrise." "Your puns are god awful sometimes Biggums." She says shaking her head looking at the ground.

"Oi no mopey dopey stuff. Your not droopy the dog." I say and she laughs "Okay stop with this childhood reference." She says letting that smile come through.

"There it is." I say and she stops, fake frowning. "Aye!" I shout poking her side causing a laugh to come out.

"Nu tickles please I fan." She says and I smile. "No frowns then." I say and she sighs. "I can't guarantee you anything."

"Mitch told me it was a prank but I didn't believe him." I say looking down at the pavement of the road.

"I wouldn't either." She says kicking a pebble with her foot.

"Hey who needs those guys when we've got out pack?" I say and she looks up at me smiling a little. "Our pack is way cooler then theirs any day." She says as we both let out a laugh.

"How about our pack all moves into our own house in Florida? Then we can all have fun away from that bullshitty drama?" I suggest and she grins. "Sounds like a plan Biggums. A plan I'm willing to do."

And that is exactly what we did all moved to Florida.....

I have another book I really really need to work on that's Called "Strength." It's the sequel to "Butterflies" (if you like divergent maybe checks it out?)

Sorry for the long wait on this Chapter guys I really am! Softball has got me busy out of my mind and now I've got exams coming up and a stupid dance on Friday that I have to attend.

And of course I've had homework especially science man my teacher just loves that oh and let's not even talk about Pre-Algebra
