Jerome's POV
She's sitting right there next to you Jerome do it! I just want to get it out of the way! What if she says no? She'll say no. The word no rings in my head. What if she says yes? How do I react what do I do then?! My palms starts sweating.
"Jerome why are you staring at Kat?" Lachlan asks wiggling his eyebrows. I shoot him a dirty glare. Kat looks at me and I trying to avoid her gaze.
"Am not." I say abruptly ad my cheeks heat up while my palms sweat more. At least the Parmesan made my underarms not sweat or smell bad at least.
"You don't smell bad Jerome." Kat laughs and I realize I said that out loud.
"ASK HER OUT ALREADY!" MITCH shouts and I blush and glare at him.
"Ooo ask me out? Is this a question on a fake Bacca's brain?" She asks raising an eyebrow.
"No." I say but of course everyone else says "Yes."
"Maybe I'd say yes." She says standing up.
I look up at her and the words fall out of my mouth "Will you be my girlfriend?"
She grins and kisses my cheek then says "Never in your wildest dreams." She then walks out and downstairs leaving me shocked.
"REJECTED REJECTED YOU JUST GOT REJECTED R-E-J-E-C-T-E-D!!" The girls all chant laughing and leaving after her leaving me hurt.
That's when I wake up to see i fell asleep in a chair while the guys are talking to the girls.
