"Harshad, you can't back off now," Avni grumbled as she folded her hand around her chest. Her black orbs accused the person in front of her that was providing her puppy eyes. "You had promised me," she groaned at the end.

"But she is a scared kitten, Avni." Harshad attempted to convince her. "What if she has a heart attack during the ride?" He raised a brow, making Avni narrow her eyes at him. "Okay." he raised his hand in submission. "I might have exaggerated, but she is going to end up in tears."

"This is not done. Don't act like a coward! You had accepted the challenge, now it's your turn to fulfil it." Avni offered him a determined look.

"Fine," Harshad accepted his defeat. "I am going to do it, but if she hates me after this, I won't leave you." He announced, walking in search of Kiara. Avni shook her head, staring at his retreating figure with a smile.

"Should I believe that Harshad was able to impress you as well?" Aditi inquired making Avni shake her head, "aren't they just made for each other?" Aditi nudged her shoulder on getting a glimpse of the couple.

"Aditi! You aren't going to bring the topic in front of Kiara. She isn't in a state for a relationship and even mentioning such a topic could make her pressurize." Avni was attempting to make Aditi understand.

"You are forgetting, I am the elder one here and I should be the one suggesting it." Aditi seemed offended as Avni was treating her like a child.

"I wasn't trying to..." Avni was guilty and was going to defend her actions.

"Just because Kiara feels that she can share things with you but not me. It doesn't make you more mature than me. You're younger than me and far unmatured in many areas of life. Stop, showering your superiority." Aditi commented not glancing into Avni's eyes.

"Aditi! I didn't mean... I was just saying..." Avni was again interrupted by Aditi.

"I don't want to have any further conversation about it," Aditi muttered before walking out of the ongoing conversation. Avni stared in the direction with remorse on her face. She was confused by Aditi's sudden outburst. Aditi had rarely behaved in such a manner. They at times had arguments and had faced worse but Avni was finding it difficult to reason with her sudden expression of rage.

"What are you doing over here alone?" Yami inquired finding Avni lost in her thoughts.

"Nothing..." Avni masked a smile following her towards the rest of the gang. Except for Aditi, everyone was present at the location, witnessing the exchange going between Harshad and Kiara.

"Why would I?" Kiara moved an inch away from Harshad in fear.

"What do you mean by why would you?" Harshad glared at her, shooting daggers. "Don't you mind if your lovely friend calls you a coward?" He added an offended tone to make it look more dramatic, Kiara rolled her eyes knowing his nature while Amrita gasped at his comment.

"No, I don't!" She looked into his eyes determined not to get affected by his dramas. Folding her arms around her chest, he was staring at her with an equally stubborn gaze.

"But I care! I won't let anyone call my friend a coward."

"Who even told you I am your friend?" Kiara questioned making Harshad widen his eyes in bafflement. Others laughed in response, they were enjoying their cute battle except for Dhruv. He had smiled but he wasn't able to enjoy it.
