Sydney's POV

That day dad was staying at the hospital with Abby and it was just us three. Lily hadn't spoken a word since what had happened.

"Sydney you wanna sleep with us?" Emma said as Lily climbed into Emma's bed wearing my old concert T-shirt. I looked at Emma and then Lily.

"Well I'm not going anywhere else," I got in the bed on the other side of the bed far from the door. Emma had closed the door and flipped the switch by it to turn off the lights before getting in bed.

"Night," Emma said with a sigh as she closed her eyes.

How could she sleep after all this? It's our second night and it's already very clear we are being haunted. Already Abby had been terribly injured and none of us were doing what we usually do. Lily shook me.

"Sydney? Wake up... Please," I could hear the worry in her voice and to my surprise I did actually fall asleep. I sat up squinting my eyes to see her. "Emma... Emma got up and walked out. She didn't say where she was going she just walked out," Lily was tearing up again. How many times was she going to cry?

"Ok ok... I'll find her you stay here and keep the door closed," I throw my legs over the edge of the bed and Lily grabbed my shoulder with her small hands.

"Take me with you... I don't want to be left alone," Lily begged still crying. She was right. I didn't want to be alone either in this house. It was best to stay together.

"Fine... But don't leave my side," I say slowly. I unplugged the Christmas lights Emma had around her room and tied one end around Lily's waist and the other end around mine, "just in case ok?" I tell her.

I took her hand and opened the door. There was Emma in the hallway staring at my room door with the three dogs. Why were they just staring? I kept Lily behind me and wouldn't let her go.

"Emma?" It came out more like a question and she slightly turned her head to see me through her side vision. Her eyes were slightly closed. The dogs got up and went back into Abby's room.

"Emma?" Lily said this time while gripping my hand with both of her hands and peeking out from behind me.

Emma now turned completely to us and started laughing. She laughed like it was the funniest thing in the world. Then just in a flash she was inches from me.

"I hope all of you die soon," she said in a deep man's voice. My eyes just widened and I backed up. She continued laughing! What the hell is going on with Emma!

Emma in another flash was standing at the top of the steps.

"Emma whatever your about to do... Don't," I tell her even though I know it isn't Emma in that body right now. Emma just smiled at me and ran down the steps. Of course being out of my mind, I went after her taking Lily with me. We found her on the other side of the stairs downstairs.

"Sydney?" Lily called. I could feel her trembling and head her holding back her tears. I responded with a slight squeeze of her hand to reassure her.

Emma started tearing the wallpaper off the wallpaper. We went the rest of the way down and I grabbed her shoulder. In an instant she scratched my face and went back to what she was doing.

"What the hell are you doing?!" I yell at her and of course I'm ignored.

"S.... Sydney..." Lily said now in a whisper and I looked at her. She was staring into the living room. I looked in the same direction and fear shot through me. There in the center of the living room was the wardrobe from my room. My eyes widened and I froze. The only sounds were Emma tearing the wallpaper, Lily crying out loud now, and what made me want to pee myself was the creaking sound of the wardrobe opening.

"IIIIIIIIIII seeeeeeeeeeee youuuuuuuuu," a guy's voice said once the wardrobe was open. It was pitch black inside. We couldn't see anything.

"Who.........," I whispered and had a long pass before I finished it, ".... Are you?"

I was being dragged in fast Lily and I screamed the wardrobe doors slammed shut as soon as I was in and before Lily got in. We were still tied together. I banged on the door and screamed.

"Let me out!! Please let me out!!" I cried hitting the door. Lily was on the other side trying to open the door and tugging on the wire the tied us together. She was with Emma!

"Sydney please come out! I'm scared! I don't want to be alone please please!" She was crying and I was desperate to get to her.

I stopped once I felt breathing on my neck. I'm trembling now and can taste my salty tears. I kept one hand on the door and slowly turned my head. I saw nothing but darkness. I knew he was there. I felt his eyes on me.

"I have you," he chuckled and his bony pale hand quickly reached out and grabbed my wrist. I felt nothing but cold from him. The wire broke and i couldn't move. Why couldn't I move? I wanted to fight but there was no fight in me. He dragged me further into the darkness while chuckling. The further I went the less I could hear Lily.

She grew faint and I can no longer hear her anymore.

"Bye Lily...," I whispered quietly to myself. In a way that wasn't like me, I knew I was going to die but I was peaceful. His chucking was all I could hear. I couldn't see anything though.
