It was the next day, just like yesterday, and we were already at school. I have dressed a lot more casually again. I don't know why I've started to dress like this, but at the same time, I also don't really care. I also somehow remembered to take my meds, so that was a first.

I walked over to Leo and Chase. They stood next to Adam. He was lying on the floor with some lockers on top of him. He didn't seem that bothered by them. He was just on his phone.
'Do I even want to know what Adam is doing under those lockers?' I asked.
'We came up with a plan on how Leo could go to the dance with Danielle!' Chase exclaimed.
'Uh huh, so what is this plan?' I asked, getting out my notebook.
'We're gonna make me look heroic so she goes out with me!' Leo answered.
'One, this is insane! Two, that's another point for me.' I put another tally under my name.
'What do you mean?' Chase asked.
'Oh, I'm keeping track of things for our bet.' I said, leaning against the wall. 'I'm winning by two points!'
'How many points do me and Adam have?'
'Zero! You're helping me win!'
Two boys then started to come over, probably trying to help Adam. Leo stopped them by saying, 'No, no, no. He's fine.'
'No, no, no, I'm good.' Adam said.
'He's great.' Leo started to push the boys into the cafeteria.
'Thank you!' Adam went back to his phone.
'This is gonna be interesting!' I spoke under my breath. I knew where this was gonna go, but I still wanted to watch it play out.
'Ooh! They're coming! Commence phase one of operation "Lady for Leo".' Chase said.
'How long did it take you to come up with that name?' I asked, slightly disturbed.
'I just thought of it!'
'That's clear!' These boys are so weird. Where's Bree? I don't think I can handle these three for too long.
'Oh, no! This man is trapped! He looks like he needs a hero to save him.' Leo's acting is terrible. There's no way Danielle is gonna believe this. Plus, Adam doesn't look like he's hurt at all. Oh boy. Someone, help me! I thought to myself. 'I will take charge and heroically do just that!'
