Katrina's POV

I got changed into my PE clothes and made my way to the gym. I sat on the benches next to Chase and Adam. Leo and Bree stood in front of us.

'I hate gym class.' Leo stated. I started to laugh because I knew why.

'Why?' Adam asked. Someone bounced a basketball and Leo caught it. He went to dribble, but it was no use. He ended up bouncing the ball off of his foot. I laughed even more.

'That's why.' I said, finally calming down.

'Is that funny, Kathy? Why don't you try and make a basket, from there, no moving.' He challenged.

'Ok.' He passed me a ball and I threw it into the net with no problem. 'Next time, give me a challenge.' I teased.

Chase then spoke up. 'So big deal, you can't play basketball. Chess club's where all the action's at.' I looked at him like he was insane. Yes, I did enjoy a good game of chess, but there is no action.

'You are a sad and strange, little boy. No wonder you have no muscles.' I said to the boy next to me. 'You won't do so well with the women.'

'Oh, yeah. Well, I bet you don't do well with ladies either.' Two challenges in two minutes, it must be my lucky day.

I looked across the gym and saw one of the girls that I knew had a crush on me. 'Hey, Sophie? You look cute, how about I give you, my number? You could call me sometime.' She started to blush, and she passed out. I looked back at Chase. 'And that's how it's done.'

A basketball was thrown at Bree. She caught it and asked, 'What do I do?'

'Throw it.' Leo answered. She threw it and it hit one of the boys in the face, making him fall to the ground. 'To someone who's looking.'

Bree ran over to him. 'Wow! You caught that with your face!'

Leo got up and Adam, Chase and I followed him. 'Just once I'd like to show these fools up and go all NBA in their faces.'

'What, like this?' I picked up three balls and threw them into the basket straight after each other. All of them went into the basket.

'Just like that!'

'Then why don't you?' Chase asked.

'Look at him! There's more meat on a dog bone!' I said, earning a small glare and an embarrassed nod.

'Yeah, but now you have us to help you.' Adam said. Oh, this is gonna be good.

'Huh?' Adam lifted him up by his boxers and began to run. 'Wait, what? NO! These are my good drawers!' Adam threw him across the gym. He got the ball in and held onto the rim of the net. He then fell off and landed on the floor.

'Ooh.' The trio said. I was trying not to laugh. Leo and sports are like water and electricity. They don't mix. Leo got up and everyone was staring at him. They were probably shocked that he got a point. He can barely pick up his lunch. Everyone began to cheer for him.

'Yeah, I got mad skills!' While everyone crowded around Leo, I turned to the trio.

'I'm only saying this because you just did the impossible, but how would you three like to be my friends? I mean we already live together, and we are adopted siblings, so what do you say?'

'Yeah, sure.' Chase said.

'I have a bestie!' Bree hugged me.

'Finally, someone else that has muscles!' Adam gave me a high-five.

'Wait, you're adopted?' Chase asked. I nodded at him.

'Tasha adopted me when I was 7 or 8.'

When it was the end of class, the four of us pulled Leo away from the group and we got changed into our clothes. We were still in the gym, watching people come up to Leo and asking him for different things.
