Chapter 9: Final competition

D-day of final singing competition

The participants of each school has to go to other school that is more bigger and has wide space of hall which is School K. Before start, every participant have to pick the number to perform. After choosing, Barcode look that he has the 5th of waiting number which means he is the fifth person to perform. He feel a little nervous. He close his eyes, imagine his mom and friends all smile happily and proudly of him. Then he open his eyes, and start feeling confident. He also feel like cannot wait to perform.

The competition has started. "Barcode" judge shout loudly calling him give sign that his turn has come. Barcode go on the stage and begin plucking his guitar use the melody he practice and sing the song tiitled 'Our song' by Nanon Korapat; 🎤🎸

"ta rak kong rao bpen pleng sak pleng neung
chai reuang kong rao kian pleng sak pleng neung
ter wa pleng rak kong ku rao nan na ja bpen pleng baeb nai
kwam rak man keu lok ti suay ngam
reu bpen arai ti du chang ying yai
tao gap tongfa tao gap phukao
tao gap tale reu dtong mak kae nai
chan wa chan peung dai ru kam dtop
wa rak kong chan keu arai
man bpen kae reuang lek lek ti kat bpai mai dai
kae pleng rak neung ti ter dtong fang ao eng
kae piang neua pleng ti man mai mi arai
dtae ter lae chan go kaojai kwammai ti son nai nan
mai mi sak kam ti taen tuk kwam nai jai
kae chai huajai wela ti ter fang man
kam dtop ti ha ma dtang nan
kwam rak mai chai arai ley nok jak ter"

While singing, all people wave their hands and smile happily to my performance. There's also a group at the left side of audiences that scream loudly more than anyone else, "Awesome". "Bravo".👏👏 Barcode thought that they just want to support although he don't know them. So, he ignore it. He continue singing.

man bpen kae reuang lek lek ti kat bpai mai dai
kae pleng rak neung ti ter dtong fang ao eng
kae piang neua pleng ti man mai mi arai
dtae ter lae chan go kaojai kwammai ti son nai nan
mai mi sak kam ti taen tuk kwam nai jai
kae chai huajai wela ti ter fang man
kam dtop ti ha ma dtang nan
kwam rak mai chai arai ley nok jak ter"

After finish singing, he feel relieved. He come down the stage then go sit as audience.

After a few participant perform after my turn, there is a boy who seem older than him walk on the stage getting ready to perform. The judge say loudly his name "Jeff" to give sign to start perform. 🎤So, he start playing guitar and singing his song tittled 'Highway'. When Barcode hear his voice , he feel the song's healing himself and the audiences. The boy voice is so smooth and nice. The group that scream at Barcode earlier also cheer for this boy. In a second, he successfully win everyone heart. All of the audiences and judges also look like they fall in love with his voice. He also has a good looking face. "Maybe that's the other reason all people love him", Barcode thought. After the boy finish perform, everyone clap their hands.

After 1 hour of waiting,

Judges are getting ready on stage to announce the name of winner. "Whose name we call, please come on stage", one of the judges say. After that, they start calling names. When it's time, they calling the name of the top three winner from 3 different schools.

3. Arthit - from school C
2. Barcode - from school M
1. Jeff - from school K

When Barcode's name called, he shock, "It's my name? Wah, I won".🥳 Then, he goes on stage to receive the reward and medal. He smile to the camera and say "Thank you" to the one who present the medal. He go downstairs to give way for the next winner. Then, he saw the group that cheer on him, scream loudly when the winner number one announced. "Maybe he is their friend. Aww, so sweet.", Barcode thought.

Suddenly, the group look at Barcode and raise their hand give sign 'hi'. The boy on stage also look at Barcode because of his friends. So, Barcode unexpectedly blushes because of sudden interaction.😳 <so cute> When the boy come down, the group running toward him and embrace him together. "That group has a nice friendship", Barcode thought.

After that, each school go back to their own school with the result.
