Chapter 13: Audition

On the Friday.

Barcode take a leave from the school to go toward the company for appointment. He also told his friend the same thing and will tell the detail after get accepted. His mother drove him to the company.

After they reach the big building that wrote "BOC ent." on the board on top of the door, his mother drop him off while go to somewhere else. "Later, i will pick you up", her mother said.

Barcode got in the building wearing a neat t-shirt and slack. When he enter pass the entry door, he open his eyes and mouth widely. "Wow, so big and beautiful." He walk through the counter in front of him. He tell the staff in charge that he has appointment with the CEO. They check the appointment and ask Barcode to go inside follow one of the staff.

When Barcode walk past through the people and wall, he saw many big album hanging on the wall. The album is all about the artist that the company produce. Some of the people also has bodyguard which mean they are artist. But, Barcode don't know so many of the artist. So, he cannot recognize them.

After 15 minutes walking, they reach the CEO's office already. Barcode get inside the office and find the man he met that day when he go for trip. He greet the man politely and sat follow the man instruction to seat.

The CEO smile happily and say "Welcome to BOC entertainment. I've been waiting for you. My name is Mr. K and I am the CEO of this company." "Here is the thing. When I saw you last time, I saw that you had talent. You dance so cool and grab the people to watch you." "First thing all, I need to audition you first because every artist that produce here are going through pass the audition so they can show that they really have talent. "

They go to the nearest practice room and ask the people inside to leave. Mr. K ask two of them stay to watch together. Barcode see them at one glance but suddenly watch again toward them one more time. He felt that he already have met one of them somewhere. But, he can't remember.

After some time to prepare, barcode start singing one his favourite song called 'Celebrity by IU'. He sang while moving his body like he is having fun at the time.

The CEO and the other man just watch and nodded their head. One of the familiar face also look immersed into barcode singing. After he finish sing, they all clap their hand and the CEO scream "You're accepted. I have a good eyes. Welcome barcode." The CEO hug Barcode for a while.

"After this, you have to sign agreement, and you will have a manager that will arrange your schedule, your training and your debut.", the CEO concluded the audition.

Barcode run toward his mother's car when he got outside the building. He told that he pass the audition easily and that make her mother proud. They hug together in the car for a while.

Then, his mother drove the car and went to a beautiful restaurant. Barcode look at his mother curiously, "Why are we not going home?" "I want to celebrate with you a little, my dear." Barcode smiled happily and shout "Horray!"

After they eat delicious food in the restaurant, both of them go back to their house with a smile on their face. Happy of full stomach and joy heart.🥰
