It's been a few months ever since those happy memories occurred.

Venti was healing very well from Albedo.

His relationship with Xiao never changed, there wasn't a title between them until now. But they were happy with each other, they've had multiple sweet dates and spicy sex. They went to beautiful places and wandered the world with their hands intertwined, and most importantly, their feelings grew more.

Hirang finished preschool and was now preparing for first grade, as Venti got into a university where he could shine bigger.

UST, is a dreamed school in the Philippines. Known as one of the most popular universities in the country, it is a high prestige school for some who were able to go in without needing to pay for the expensive tuition fee.

It was very stressful for Venti as a young teacher.

He gets judgments from the people there, you see.

Since he was new and young, he gets to be called the weak one.

All he wanted was to do his job, he couldn't understand why there were always people who likes to be jealous of others. He was the Dean's favorite, so some of the professors really get mad at him for getting to the top that fast.

And when I tell you, it's such a fucking hassle.

Venti sighed as he rode a jeep to go home, to Aether's house. He doesn't have time to buy a house yet since it's been very busy lately, fuck, every single message that Xiao sent to him was not read at all just because of how busy he was.

Everything went down when he got into this university.

He used to have all the time in the world, and now he doesn't even have a second to reply to his beloved.

He smiled as he admired the picture Xiao sent him. It was a picture of his lunch along with the message of "I'm eating now, you should too. I love you."

It made him sad that... he wasn't able to reply. Xiao was very genuine to him, telling him every single thing he do, and everything that happens in his life... while him? He could not even reply!

Not because he didn't want to, but because of how tight his schedule was.

He opened the door of Aether's house, yawning as he smelled food from the kitchen.

"I'm home,"

"Hey, best friend."

"Hey," he puts down his coat on the sofa... seeing an opened bottle of lubricant, and a wrapper of condoms. He blushed while looking away, what the hell did Kazuha and Aether do again?!

"Girl, I think you'd like to throw away the condom wrapper on your couch," Venti said as he poured cold water on his glass, Aether's eyes widening at the same time. "Fuck, I forgot!" he hurriedly run towards the living room and hid both lustful items. "You saw nothing."

Venti laughed, "I have guests tomorrow, Venti, is that alright with you?"

“Hmm, school is closed for two days, I'll be home tomorrow, sorry if I ever interrupt you and Kazuha.”

“We're not going to do that, it's like a little meeting. They say they needed me for their upcoming project.”

They? Weird.

Venti woke up late, it was around noon and it was so hot, that he felt his whole body burning from the sweat. Worst feeling ever.

He was mad at everything, mad at the world for genuinely no reason.
