"Is everything set?" Tanong ko kay Rayver. We are currently inside a van parked at a vacant lot near an old theme park na matagal ng sara.

"Yup. Everything is set." Sagot ni Rayver while looking at his laptop. "May extra mata at tenga ka na." He added while tapping our trustee drone.

"Mag-iingat ka pa din Liam. Walang CCTV sa lugar na ito. We only have limited vision." Rayver warned.

My attention went to Ned who looks worried ever since we read the file.

"Ned, are you focused?" Tanong ko sa kanya. He jusr have me a faint nod.

Ned and I put on our mask and started moving.

Mayamaya pa nakita na namin yung lumang amusement park. I turned on the camera planted in my mask so Rayver can see.

"Any sign of them?" Tanong ko.

"I am doing a thermal scan and it seems like wala pang tao sa loob."

"That's good. Let's go into position." I said then Ned and I started moving.

Oplan Firestorm: It was an ambush plan to get to  Dr. Veron's boss using a ledger the police found while searching Dr. Veron's apartment.

And he is going to use Lia as bait.

Nqgkuyom yung mga kamay ko. How can Gabe put Lia in danger?

I have two missions. Find out who the boss is and then protect Lia at all cost.

Narating na namin sa wakas yung lugar kung saan gagawin yung exchange. Naghiwalay kami ni Ned. He is assigned to guard outside for any other unusual movements while I stay inside and see the transaction.

"I am in position." I said over the communicator.

"Roger that." Ned and Rayver replied in unison.

After 5 minutes....

"Lancelot, nandito na sina Lia  Gabe at yung ibang pulis. Nagsisimula na silang pumwesto." Rayver informed.

Mayamaya pa I saw Lia coming inside the building with Gabe. I saw him touching her shoulder.

"Don't worry Lia I have eyes on you." He said then he left Lia alone, in the middle of the hall.

"Lancelot, nandito na sila." Rayver said referring to the culprits.

Mayamaya pa a door on the other side of the hall opened and three guys entered the buildingat nilapitan si Lia.

"You got their faces Gareth?" I ask Rayver.

"Yeah, I  starting to run down facial recognition sa server it will be done in a awhile." Sagot ni Rayver.

I look at Lia again clutching a brown envelope.

"Give me the ledger." One of the guys' said.

Lia did not move a muscle.

"Again, give us the ledger." The guy repeated.

"Gareth, are the police moving? Any visuals Tristan?" I ask over the communicator. I fear for Lia's life. They need to move now before anything bad happens to Lia.

There was no reply.

"Gareth? Tristan?" I said again but I was only greeted by a loud static that made me throw my earpiece due to pain.

What the hell is going on?....
