"Baby I'm pregnant" you smile wrapping your arms around you
"You are I'm so happy" he smiles kissing you lightly and kissing your belly

10th Doctor:
You put the test down in front of him
"What's this"
"It's a pregnancy test and its positive", he smiles and places his face to your belly
"Hello mini me"

11th Doctor:
"Doctor, I'm pregnant"
"You are this is wonderful!" He spins you around happily and laughs, you giggle

The Master:
" Sweetie, how would you feel of a little one running around"
"I'll be happy"
You smile and he gets the hint and just sits there staring at you happily

Rory:
"Rory you are going to be a father" The doctor smiles at your husband, he got so overwhelmed from happiness that he faints
