He dies

9th Doctor: The regeneration started to happen, he absorbed all the TARDIS power it was so much that he couldn't handle it, you were crying as you watched, The Doctor smiled and looked at you "Don't worry, it will be fantastic", he started to change form you watched wiping your eyes hoping he would remember you

10th Doctor: You were the last person The Doctor visited before regenerating, he hugged you and you sobbed into his chest "I don't want you to go" You cried "I don't want to go either" He cried a bit, he let you go before regenerating into someone new

11th Doctor: "Don't worry darling, i'll never forget you" The Doctor spoke softly as his regeneration started, the astronaut shot him again and this time he died, his body fell onto the ground and you ran over to him

The Master: The Master looked at you one last time and smiled, you knew he wasn't dying but you had to act like it for your safety, you started to sob for real this time, it felt like he was dying for real this time

Rory: You clung onto Rory's body "Don't leave me" You sobbed, Rory tried to speak but all he would do is cough up blood, you continued to sob and he passes away
