You wake up

Sherlock: Your fingers start to twitch and your eyes slowly open, blinking quickly you groan, its been 4 months since you've been in the coma "Sherlock" Your voice is harsh and raspy, he pokes his head up and smiles widely

John: John ran all the way to the hospital once he heard the news that you woke up, running into the hospital he avoided checking in and ran straight to your room, stopping when he saw the doctor examining you "hello John its been awhile" You smiled

Moriarty: "Its been 8 months why hasn't she woken up yet" Moriarty screamed, you closed your eyes tightly "Darling please stop yelling at the doctor" You laughed, your voice is dry

Mycroft: "M-Mycroft" you whispered, Mycroft rushed to your bed side and held your hand "yes love i am here" He smiled kissing your forehead "How long has it been" you asked sitting up, the doctor walked into your room "Its been 6 months"
