Author: Hyunjin fall asleep next to the now awake girl. Mizuki looked at the boy, she was confused. What was that that just happened a few hours ago? Did she just, see colors?
Her mind might have just played games with her, there was no way that she saw colors. It never happened and it will never happen.
That's what she always said to herself. She saw the boy before, he could be the case of the colors she saw. Well, she did see his entire face, but that didn't make a big difference, did it?
But what if... if she took his mask off again... would she see colors again?? Will she see that beautiful blue on the boys shirt?? She didn't know the answer but... there was only one thing that will decide it... take his mask off...
What??? No! She felt herself being pulled towards the boy, the urge to take his mask off was big... but she needed to fight it. He has a reason why he didn't show his face, right? It will be wrong for me to invadate his privacy... but her hand moved by itself.
She wanted to stop it... she couldn't stop it... but then Hyunjin's eyes opened and looked at the girls hand for some seconds and after, he pulled himself backwards.
"What are you doing?" Mizuki looked confused... she didn't know what she was doing either. "I-... I don't know..."
Hyunjin took a deep breath. "Do you... perhaps wanna know what was the thing that happened to you earlier??"
There was a moment of silence as the boy talked. "What?" She asked as he started fidgeting. "The colors, you wanna see them again?" He asked. Mizuki's eyes went wide as she heard him "It's was real??"
Hyunjin seemed a little surprised... she thought that she was seeing things? "Well... yeah..." "How is that possible... and more important... how did you know...?" The girl frowned at the boy's saying. No way. He found out... but how? She started to get anxious as the questions poured in her brain, her eyes never looking away from the boy.
Hyunjin smiled at her and answered with a very proud tone. "Hello there... my mono!" Mizuki was taken aback by the boys words. She didn't want this to happen... she never wanted this... she will just end up like the other monos that went through this...
Mizuki started hyperventilating... she didn't think straight. She stood up and started to walk out the nurses office... she looked outside the windows seeing absolutely no one outside. The sun was setting. How long did I sleep??
She felt her tears run down her cheeks without her realizing it. She heard the boy scream after her but she was occupied by running out the school to even hear him.
