The sun was beaming, no clouds in the sky, and the weekend just started, which meant a lot of sleep for Chaeryeong.
The red-haired girl started to move around in bed while the sun was entering from the window and trying to wake her up.
He moved from left to right and the other way around until all her sleep went away. The girl sighed as her sleep was interrupted. She got up, took her fluffy shoes, and went to the bathroom to clean herself up a bit. After that, she walked out of her room, sleepily to the kitchen where sounds were made.
There, she found her sister, Chaeyeon, who was preparing a small breakfast. "Hey, where is mom? I thought she was going to be here in the morning." Chae asked, and her sister rolled her eyes.
"Have you not paid any attention yesterday at dinner? She has an urgent problem at work and will be back around noon. But let's not talk about that..." she put the omelet on the table, parting it in 2 sections so they could share.
"What are you going to do today? Hm?" Chae looked at her sister in a kind of disgusted way and started eating her portion. "Ew, who would even ask you on a date if you eat like that?" Chaeyeon scoffed and started eating as well.
"Ok, what are you on about, sis? Cause I don't understand. Date? What date?" The red hair started to get fed up with her sisters kind of sassy attitude. "What? Are you not going on a date today?"
Chae stopped eating, and her confused face transformed into a worried one. "Omg, right! Jay asked me on a date! I was so preoccupied with what to wear and how to act that I almost forgot completely! I don't even know how to dress!" She took one last bite from the omelet and ran to her room.
"Yeah, thanks, Chaeyeon, for reminding me about my very important date! Giving me no credit even tho I was the one that reminded her about it..." The younger girl said, as she was left eating alone.
Chaeryeong entered her room and looked around the closet for a dress, a skirt, some pants, anything that would make a good match with the theme park date. She looked for a pair of shoes, something more comfortable so it wouldn't get in the way, and she finally decided the outfit.
Taking a small break from the search, she looked at her phone and saw 2 messages popping from Jay. She opened the app and red them. Jay was 10 minutes away from her house and was going to pick her up.
She.was.not.ready.
Gasping, she ran into the bathroom and tried to do the lightest makeup she ever did, and JUST as she finished, the doorbell rang.
