'Cause a house is not a home when no one's there.
So alone, no one's there.

Should I move on since no one's here?
Here.

You know, what you got is good, that's why.

You refuse to let me walk out your life.

But you refuse to match up with my vibe.

"You keep wasting my time, you keep wasting my time." I sang softly to myself, finishing up with my skincare routine in my bedroom's vanity mirror.

As I did, Summer Walker's - Session 33 continued to play on repeat before my phone buzzed quietly. I slightly glanced at it to see my notifications, instantly noticing that it was Gianni texting me.

"Hmph." I couldn't help but to slickly roll my eyes and perk my lips up since I wasn't in the mood for him right now.

I still went to open the message anyway though before hearing loud hard knocks at my front door. I knitted my eyebrows in confusion, wondering who the door men had let up without my permission at 7 in the morning.

"The hell?" I said quietly to myself as I quickly looked down at the message that was sent to me.

Come open the door for your man, cry baby. The message read and I couldn't help but to gasp in shock.

Dropping everything that I was doing, I damn near broke my neck as I tied my pink silk robe tight around my waist then quickly rushed to the front door to open it.

As soon as I did, a huge smile fell upon my face as I looked up at the tall figure standing there, looking down at me.

My Gianni. I thought to myself.

"You thought your man wasn't gon' come and spend time with his lady, huh?" He asked with his deep raspy voice, gently pulling me to him as he mushed his head into the crook of my neck.

I couldn't help but to roll my eyes guilty as I wrapped my arms around him, embracing him just like he'd done me.

"You think you're funny, G." I spoke softly as he chuckled to himself, slowly pulling away.

"You're a brat, Nic." He went on saying as I looked up into his eyes with a guilty smirk.

We'd gotten into it a little bit last night, mainly because I was a brat and he pretty much had me spoiled in this relationship. But, all I wanted was to spend time with my love today and I thought that I would be able to but he'd ended up telling me that he had to work instead.

In which, I didn't mind most days because we both did.

We worked our asses off.

He works in the production industry and owns multiple production businesses. Then with me, I was building my franchise and working on loyal staffing; therefore we rarely got to spend a lot of time together.
