"Nah.."

"Hell nah."

"I can't, bro." I heard Gi saying as he walked up to me with the most worried look on his face and I was so confused in this moment.

Considering it seemed as if Anya and all the girls were trying to ditch me, it was getting late, I was tired and everybody seemed to be so irate including him.

"That's the only way, cuh."

"To not make shit so obvi-" His brother started but stopped as they both stopped in front of me while all of the girls went in the house and I stood there in confusion.

"What?" I couldn't help but to ask, looking up at them.

"What's wrong?" I then turned my focus to Gi, looking up into his eyes as his brother and his friends all looked at me.

"Let me talk to you upstairs real quick, ma." Was all he said and I nodded in such confusion but still I said nothing. I simply stood to my feet and made my way into the house.

When I did, it was as if Anya, his mom, Giannina and all of his aunts were all watching us as they sat in the living room quietly and Gianni lead me up the staircase in silence.

We went into the spare guest room as he closed and locked the door behind us. As he did, I went and sat down onto the bed as Gi stood at the door with his back against it, texting away on his phone.

"What's wrong?" I asked him again completely confused as he slid his phone into his pocket before looking at me then down to the floor.

"What is going on, babe?" I asked for a second time since I was beginning to become extremely suspicious and that was freaking me out.

"Why is everybody acting so weird all of a sudden?"

"As a matter of fact, it's been all day as this point." I couldn't help but to say, looking up at him while he stood there quietly, licking his lips before he finally looked down into my eyes.

"Can we just go back to my place?" I asked now, awaiting his answer to at least one of my questions at this point.

"I'm tired babe and all of this is a lot right now especially since everybody's being weird and you look so upset all of sudden—"

"We can't leave yet, ma." He finally spoke up and said and I furrowed my eyebrows, wanting answers now.

"Why, babe?"

"Is everything ok?" I asked for clarification and he slightly smirked as he looked down into my eyes.

"Yeah, mama."

"Everything cool."

"I just-" He started but stopped, sighing deeply.

"Come here." He told me as he met me half way, grabbing my hands while I slowly stood to my feet.

He said nothing else as he wrapped his arms around me and gently let slight kisses onto my neck. I couldn't help but to smile as he held me in his arms, reassuring me of all the negativity that was currently going through my mind.

I'd thought the worst just now, thinking something terrible happened but this was all bringing my back to reality.

"I love you, Nic." He spoke deeply into my ear, making my heart melt as he continued leaving kisses now.

"I love you too, Gianni." I couldn't help but to say back, holding him in my arms as he did the same to me.

"How much you love me?" He asked, taunting a bit and I couldn't help but to smile as I gently pulled back to look into his eyes.
