The dining hall was filled with people bragging about the Jeon Siblings. It had been the only topic people grew curious about since the start of the day. But the murmurs lessened when a scream caught the people's attention.

"AHHHHHHH! THEY RAN OUT OF CHICKEN!?!" Jisoo cried mournfully at the empty chafing dish. She fell to the floor, wiping off her nonexistent tears dramatically. But suddenly she noticed the person who had taken the last bit of chicken.

She plastered a phony smile, " Taehyung, please be cooperative and give me your chicken. The faster you do it, the faster I try not to rip you apart and think of you as chicken." She said with an incredible sweetness that frightened the many around her.

Taehyung stuttered out a weak, "B-But I want ch-chicken."

This totally set her off, "How dare you! Little chicken thief!" Just as Jisoo was about to throw hands at Tae, a worried voice quickly interrupted, holding Jisoo back.

"Soo-yah, you can take my share of chicken, alright?" he spoke with a bit of fear caused by the woman in front.

Jisoo immediately brightened, "Really Jin! Gomawo, you're so selfless unlike some people," she said, casting a menacing glare at Tae.

Meanwhile, at the far end of the cafeteria, a girl with pigtails sat alone, a little sad that she had been unable to make any friends so far. Suddenly a group of girls sat down in front of her. She instantly beamed and looked up from her plate to see who they were when she widened her eyes and started trembling.

"Long time no see, sister," Ji Eun emphasized the last word mockingly. "I see you've grown your hair out again. I got to give it to you, Chaeyoung. It's quite pretty," She announced while gently taking one of her sister's braids and twirling it between her fingers.

Ji Eun finally heard the other speak up, "I've told you before, it's Rosé," she said meekly. Rosé changed her name when she learned about her father's other family. She began hating the name 'Chaeyoung' as she'd constantly be talked about degradingly.

"I can't bear to be near that Chaeyoung. I mean, she was only born because her disgusting father couldn't keep it in his pants."

"That's Chaeyoung? It's a pity she's not half as pretty as her sister."

"Why'd Mr. Park leave his first family for this one? Like, that Chaeyoung child is nowhere near as bright as Ji Eun."

She despised that name. The name that had been given to her by her dad. Her dad who had only shown her affection in public, making him appear to be the ideal father. But only Rosé knew he was far from that.

He'd barely pay attention to her at home and would spend most of his time fucking her mother or other women when she wasn't around. He never even spared a glimpse at her when she'd try so hard to win his favour.

She had even once deliberately fallen down the stairs in the belief that her father would show some care for her when she was injured. She was wrong.

She had fractured four bones from the fall, only for him to yell at her for being an inconvenience and to be more independent like Ji Eun. It was from that day that she realized it was futile to chase her father's love when it was apparent he had no heart to give love.

Her parents both went abroad the year she was to start high school. She was glad and decided to become someone new. Someone who wasn't known for being the child born from lust.

She changed her name to Roseanne and dyed her hair blond before starting high school. She immediately fit in and made many friends on the first day, thinking she finally had the opportunity to live happily. But soon found all that joy to be momentary when she discovered that her half-sister also attended the school. Her life continued to be miserable from then on. She returned from her reverie when she heard the person in front of her speak.

"Oh~ it seems you are able to talk back to me now. I should've disciplined you harder if I knew you'd be talking back to your older sister like this," Ji Eun wore a pout, feigning to be hurt.

"You're not my sister- ahh!" Rosé cried out when her braid had been tugged harshly.

Ji Eun slowly neared her face to whisper vehemently, "You think I don't know that? I could never be related to a low-born mistake such as you." She finished off by pulling on the braid in her hand harder.

Tears sprung to Rosé's eyes as she quickly got up and ran away. Leaving Ji Eun and her posse to chuckle at the pathetic figure, unaware that someone had noticed the whole incident.

Lisa had been sitting down with her group and noticed how the poor girl was treated. She knew it wasn't her business to get involved in mere bullying cases and so didn't consider it.

"Here, noona, open up," Jungkook spoke, holding his chopsticks in front of her mouth. She focused her attention on him instead and gave a small chuckle while allowing him to feed her.

But before she could accept his food, Jennie suddenly turned Lisa to her side and held a pair of her own chopsticks in front of Lisa's mouth. "No, no, here, try this instead of whatever that brat's giving you."

"No, noona, try mine," Jungkook pulled her to face his again.

"No, she's gonna try mine," Jennie spoke, glaring at him.

While Lisa was struggling as the two of them argued about who was going to feed her, Jisoo took this opportunity to stuff her chopsticks, which held a piece of chicken, into Lisa's mouth. Jungkook and Jennie immediately glared holes into Jisoo.

"Oh will you both shut up. Of course, it's gonna be me to feed my precious Lali." She boasted while smirking at the duo's jealous expression.

Meanwhile, she whispered to Lisa, "Be grateful. I had to sacrifice my delicious chicken for your sorry ass."

Lisa only smiled. But for some reason, she still had a nagging thought about the girl who had gotten bullied a while ago.
