'What is it?!'  You hollered.
Jimin pointed behind you both. It was the pirate gang right on your tail. Whilst the military shot at them, they rode onto the under construction tracks which obviously couldn't take the weight of a vehicle full of people because the planks began to crack and some even fell. You saw Namjoon steering the cart dangerously fast, smirking like a madman and Jungkook was next to him, loading up what looked like cannon guns.
'Hoseok! Take the wheel!'  Namjoon shrieked, snatching a gun from Jungkook.
Looking back, you saw the other pirate from yesterday, Hoseok, grab the wheel.
Suddenly, Namjoon started to fire the gun at the huge military train and they fired back.

'Wait, I have an idea!'  Jimin finally yelled as you both ran still.
'What is it?!'  You shouted back.
'I know vehicles like that and since it is going at such a fast speed, it will take ages to slow down!'  He yelled. 'So, just stand still as it goes past us!'
Not having any other choice, you accepted the idea. You both moved to the side of the track and when the raging cart came close enough you both stood completely still. Jimin's plan worked and it raced right past because they had no way to slow it down.
You let out a sigh of relief, until seeing the next dilemma.
'Uh, Jimin..'  You said.
He looked up and you pointed at the tracks which were all collapsing to the ground. The fall would have been deadly and you were both next in line to fall.
'Have you got the crystal?!'  Jimin shouted.
'Yes, why?!'  You yelled.
'Just watch, okay?'  He said in a more relaxed tone.

He took your hands as you waited for the tracks to collapse underneath the both of you. When they did, you both plummeted through the sky. You thought you were gonna die, until you looked at the crystal. It was emitting an extremely bright light and then, you both started floating gracefully in the air.
'W- woah!'  You said, staring around everywhere.
Jimin was laughing.
'See! Your gem saved you, just like it did last night!'  He shouted in complete happiness.
You looked up and saw everybody watching. You saw the military, those two men you wanted to stay completely away from, and Namjoon's pirate gang even ran out the tunnel to watch.
'See fellas?! That's why I want that crystal!'  Namjoon shouted.

You continued to float down through the air. There was an opening into an underground ravine so you drifted into it and waited to land.
As you landed, the crystal began to go out, but Jimin got a lantern out from his bag and lit it. The ravines were very beautiful as you both walked through them.
'Jeez, that was a very close call'  Jimin said.
'Too close'  You said. 'Agh, I'm so hungry..'
'Ah, thought you might. Come on, let's go find somewhere to sit.
After walking a bit more further, there was a part of the tunnel with big rocks. You decided to sit down on the largest one. Jimin opened his bag to reveal fruit left over from this morning.

'Here, let's have this now'  He said, passing some fruit.
'Thanks, I can't believe you remembered food in this situation'  You giggled, taking a bite of a strawberry.
'I'm always hungry so, it's a must'  he replied whilst biting into an apple. 'Also, I hope you don't mind me asking but, why are all these people after you?'
You finished the lot of strawberries before answering.
'Well, I guess I should start from the very beginning...'

'My family and I used to live high up in the meadows and fields in a small cottage. I knew my family was always a bit, different. Things like spell-casting and spiritual activity went on in my house all the time. My grandmother taught me all kinds of spells, most I don't remember though and so did my parents. On my 10th birthday, I was gifted this crystal and I was strictly told to never show it to anyone or speak of it because if its power got in the wrong hands, we would all be doomed, I never understood that though. As I said back at your house, talk of Laputa was all over the place, I never paid much attention though but I overheard that we were of royal blood or something in the Laputian line. But anyways, one day, my grandma passed away and that broke me immensely. My parents died shortly after, I think from heartbreak. So it was just me. Everything was going great until, that day.'
You paused. This day was very hard to talk about.
'Take your time, Y/N'  Jimin said, placing his hand on your shoulder. You composed and finally spoke.

'I would say about last year, when I was Y/PA, I was at home and people came in. They were from the military and they somehow knew about my crystal and it's power, so they took advantage of it. They came and took me under order of Colonel Yoongi, and I have been with the military ever since, until I escaped yesterday.'
'So, who were those two men in the white uniform?'  Jimin asked.
'Those are Yoongi's personal assistants, Seokjin and Taehyung. They were the ones who assisted in taking me that day, that's why I don't wanna be around them.'  You replied, shivering at the flashbacks.
'What a filthy pack of bitches, I outta rip them all apart'  Jimin growled. 'They must be after Laputa or something, seeming that the crystal and the castle are connected'
'I suppose so..'  You said, looking at the precious stone.

'Don't worry, I'm sure we will be safe in these ravines. They won't waste their time scavenging around here, the tunnels are huge.'  Jimin said, a reassuring smile spread across his face.
'I hope so'  You replied.
'Come on, let's keep moving'  Jimin said, picking up the lantern and taking the lead.
