Imagine: Steve watching you annoy Robin.
"Are you kidding me?"You mumbled, you must've checked ever single shelf in the whole entire Family Video store and you still couldn't find one copy of Y/F/M. It hadn't been in its usual place or even under the right genre.
"Looking for something, Y/N?"You heard a smug voice from beside you.
You looked over glaring at the figure leaning on the horror movie shelf."Where is it, Buckley?"
"I have no idea what you're talking about."She replied.
You rolled your eyes."Seriously? This is still about Vicki? Look, I'm not going to ask her if she's a lesbian. She wouldn't tell me even if she was."
Robin's composure from relaxed and smug changed."Well I can't ask her!"
You rolled her eyes."You dint have to. We know she's into girls, Fast Times."
"Then sorry, Y/N. If you don't ask her, no Y/F/M."She declared triumphantly.
"Robin!"You exclaimed."Come on! Just tell me where you put it!"
Robin smirked."Look up."
"Oh you little..."You trailed off as you glimpsed Y/F/M sitting on the very top shelf, which was completely out of your reach."Ok, I see how it is."
Within a second you lunged at Robin, hands messing up her hair."No! Y/N, stop!"
Steve laughed as he watched Robin try to bat you away as you ruined her hair. He had such a huge crush on you, the biggest crush he had had since Nancy. Surprisingly seeing you knock out a Russian guard made you very attractive in his eyes, it also didn't hurt that you were gorgeous, funny and smart. You were also very into Steve, something that had slipped out when the Russian's had drugged you. Though it seemed you'd completely forgotten about the whole thing right after, plus the drugs had made you very sleepy, causing you to pass out when Steve confessed he liked you too. Despite Robin's teasing Steve still couldn't find the nerve to tell you.
"Steve! Steve!"
"Steve, help me!"
"No, help me!"
Steve snapped back to reality to see you hanging onto Robin's back, hands in her hair while she desperately tried to throw you off. Snorting in amusement, he took his time walking over only to fold his arms and giggle at the scene before him.
"Get her off me!"Robin screeched, lurching forward and causing you to scream and almost strangle her as you tried to keep your balance.
"Y/N?"Steve began.
"Yes, my love?"You replied teasingly.
Even though he knew it was a tease, the brunette's stomach did a flip and he felt his cheeks heat up."Would you please stop trying to kill Robin. She lost a bet to me so she has to take out the trash."
"I hate you."Robin muttered exclaimed.
You smirked at Robin's misfortune and jumped down from her back."Better go take out the trash. Byeee."
You waved as she left.
"Y/F/M?"Steve questioned. You pouted and pointed to the top shelf. Steve rolled his eyes, remembering seeing Robin put it up there while they were opening before hiding the other copies along with the step ladder in an undisclosed location. He bent down."I'll give you a boost."
You shuddered."Oh the horrifying cheerleading days are coming back to me."
You placed your foot gently on Steve's hands.
"Three, two, one."He counted before hoisting you up in the air.
"Got it!"You exclaimed as you got back down. You quickly wrapped Steve into a hug."Thank you!"
You pulled away kissing his cheek.
Steve now knew he was definitely blushing furiously."Oh uh you're welcome."
"How about since you were so nice you come over to watch it with me tonight?"You offered with a smile before glimpsing at Robin reappearing from outside."And we can invite Vicki and tell her how in love Robin is with her!"
"Out! Get out! Of the store!"She shouted."Your banned!"
"I'm only kidding."You told Steve."Just you and me, see you later."
You quickly left before being chased out by Robin.
"Did she even pay for that?"She asked, arms folded.
Steve sighed."I love her."
