Imagine: Alexei was captured by the Russians with Hopper. "You ok?" You jumped before turning away from El and Hopper's reunion to see your younger brother Steve standing behind you. "Yeah, yeah I'm fine."You lied, giving him a half hearted smile as you exited the cabin. "Is it about him?"Steve asked, closing the door behind him. You looked down, not really wanting to talk about it. Last year Hopper and Joyce had tried to hijack your car after kidnapping the cutest (and only) Russian doctor you'd ever seen. After your reluctance to hand over the keys to Hopper, he, Joyce, you and Alexei had ended up driving to the house of Murray Bauman. In the short time you'd spent with Alexei you'd developed feelings very quickly and luckily the feeling had been mutual, judging by the way he kissed you before running to aid Hopper in the destruction of the machine he'd helped make. That was the last time you'd seen him. Ever since Joyce had shown up with Hopper, Murray and Enzo from Russia, you'd hoped Alexei would appear to but he hadn't. "I know it's stupid but I just wish he was here."You told Steve quietly. "Uh Y/N..."You heard you brother trail off which caused you to look up at him. "What is it?"You questioned. "Hi." Your eyes grew wide, jaw dropping open and eyes welling with tears as you heard the sweet, familiar, Russian accented voice behind you. Steve smiled, walking away. You immediately spun around to see Alexei standing there, a bright smile on his face. "I..."You trailed off, wrapping your arms around him in a tight hug. He did the same to you, rubbing your back in comfort as you began to cry tears of joy onto his chest. "I thought you were dead."You sobbed. Alexei pulled back and gently cupped your cheek with hand."I'd always come back for you."
