I want to say that this will probably not have the accuracy of how blind people act, since because I do not know anyone who is blind or met anyone who is blind so please know that before reading thank you!

FIRST POV:

Is there a way you can be more than scared? Well, if you don't I think I might have just proved it.
I walked around trying to make my way through wherever I am. I couldn't see, well that's kind of obvious, I try to use my hearing as and advantage but, I don't wanna hear anything. Because all I hear is screaming, crying, someone or something ripping out peoples flesh, people getting slammed on the ground until they no longer make sound, and some weird growling.
I don't know what to do. A innocent field trip turned deadly.
I paused when I heard squeaking. I then something soft touch my ankle, then I could feel myself being lifted off the ground. I think I knew what was about to happen.
"Please don't kill me! I can't see you but, that doesn't mean I know you intentions."
I could feel the person pause.
"I-..."
I just realized something, would my life really be worth anything? It's kinda depressing but..kinda true to.
I just sighed,
"I know I was literally just begging for mercy earlier but, I don't care anymore."
You just waited
Waited for your death
But instead of death, you felt yourself get into a more comfortable position. You heard the squeaking again.

The monster spared you.

You were surprised, but also grateful.

But why did he spare you? Eh, it doesn't really matter, they were pretty fluffy tho.

"Thank you.."

You said.
