I met my bestfriend in High School. His name is Nick Sturniolo, I've had a crush a crush on this boy since middle school, but never had the courage to go up and actually talk to him. The day we met, seems just like it happened yesterday. I didn't know that he would become the most important person in my life.
It was a normal day in school, I was walking down the corridor, when-- as if on cue the school doors swing open, showing the three boys. "The Sturniolo Triplets". Everyone loves them, but the one named Matt, had anxiety. Real bad, so they laid back on him. My locker is right in the middle of Nicks and Matts. Chris' was by Nicks.
I stood extra close to my locker, so I wasn't in the way of Nick and Matt talking. "No, because you guys know how I feel about Ketchup." Matt said, just as I grabbed my math book. "We know! It's just that... not everyone dislikes ketchup." I was only hoping that they didn't bring me into this, because for some reason, Nick just does that. I was a femboy, so I did kind of get made fun of a lot. Though, these three don't care.
I was wearing a skirt on this particular day. Wierd, I know. It was a cute little, here.. i'll just go ahead and show you.
"I know you don't. I'm not a big fan either. Not everyone hates it though, that's all i'm saying. Right,
Y/N?" Nick turned to me and I put my hands up, "I'm not going to be part of this conversation." I began to walk away, when someone grabbed my arm. "You so are." Nick pulled me back, "This seems like a siblings thing. I'm not a part of this." I say, leaning against the locker."You are now," Chris chuckled "Nick said so." He nudged him, earning a slap on the arm from Nick. Which also turned into somewhat of a cat fight? Until Matt broke it up, "I have to get to class." I say, and they look at me like I was crazy. "Class? You do understand that the game is before school today and we're all going to watch?"
"Well, shouldn't you guys go and get ready then?" I said, hitting my leg. "We should. Put your book back though." I shook my head as they walked off. I opened my locker back up and put my book back in there. "Well, we still have 20 minutes, wanna go get breakfast?" I nod, and we head to the cafeteria. They had a big breakfast because of the game, and we were having a lot of fun, Nick and I.
We kept laughing about stupid things, or even just laighing out of no where. That's when the announcement ruins it, "Ladies and Gentleman. To the football field!" Every single person rushes out of the cafeteria, and Nick finds my hand and we walk through the crowd. We got seats at the bottom row, so Chris and Matt could see us. As they ran out, Nick waved at them with his open hand.
Throughout the whole game, We held hands accudentally. At the end, that's when we realized and it got awkward. Somewhat of a good awkward too, y'know? We stood by the fence as the boys ran to us. "Congrats. Hey, Y/N's coming over, is that okay?" They agreed to let me stay over. "Let's head to class though."
i'm running out of ideas. Dm me with some ideas and whatever.
