I guess this was the first time I didn't feel disgusted like I normally do . Gotta admit it actually felt kinda good.

As we walked further we saw a dark lake . A beautiful voice filled the air. I saw a mermaid like creature sitting on a rock in the lake.

"Wow she's beautiful !", Nigel said and started walking towards her.
That's when I realized who she was , she was a freaking siren! A siren is a sort of mermaid who has a beautiful voice and when she sings it lures boys to her and later kill them.
"Nigel wait!", I yelled and grabbed his arm and tried dragging him away but that was so hard .
"You will have to get past me ", she said smiling an evil smile.
But how the heck can we do that with Nigel trying to run towards her. At that moment I got an amazing idea. I dropped my backpack to the ground and opened it up while holding onto Nigel (which was very hard) I looked for my earphones and this goddamn idiot me left it in the car . I them clamped my hands to Nigel's ears and he snapped out of the daze .
"LISTEN KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOUR EARS WHEN I TAKE MINE OFF AND STAND NEAR THE LAKE, WHEN WE DISSAPEAR FROM VIEW GET TO THE OTHER SIDE!", I yelled.
He nodded and walked with me to the lake with his ears covered. At the foot of the lake I transformed and ran towards the siren knocking the two of us into the lake . She thrashed around violently , her tail almost hit me in the face twice. I pushed her down as she screamed . Fun fact their voice is not so beautiful when they scream it hurt my ears so much I took my hands off her which gave her enough time to swim up. Just before she resurfaced I pulled her down using her own tail.
I used all my strength to pull her down and swam up really fast with the siren at my heels. I climbed out the water and if I was one second too late she might've caught me. She was furious now but she couldn't get out of the water which was very good.
"I'm glad that's over", I said.
"Yeah me too", Nigel said and we started walking again.
