"You okay?" Klein asked noticing something wrong with Vill-V. The girl was stunned the entire class period that she didn't realize that class was over
"Vill-V" Klein said poking her head and Vill-V gasped
"Ah! Huh? Eh? What happened?" Vill-V asked looking around
"Class is over already" Klein said
"O-oh really? Ah...I didn't realize" Vill-V said and stood up from her seat
"Come on. We have gym class" Klein said
"Ah...gym. Not my favorite..." Vill-V said and followed Klein to their class. Klein couldn't help but feel something off since Vill-V kept dazing off
Is she...herself?
"Your girlfriend is here" Klein said and Vill-V flinched
"Where?" Vill-V asked looking around nervously but stopped before punching Klein's arm gently
"So something happened with her?" Klein asked
"I rather not talk about it. How about you start talking about yours? It seems like you two are having a great time" Vill-V said
"Y-yeah. She is really cute and...I really enjoy being with her" Klein said
"Do you plan on bonding soon?" Vill-V asked
"A-ah that uhm...I-I'm not sure. We've already somewhat started our bond with the kiss" Klein said
"Huh? Kiss?" Vill-V asked
"Once you share a kiss with your soulmate then the bond between you and your soulmate gets stronger" Klein said
"H-huh?" Vill-V asked
"It gets stronger to the point that you want to be with them all the time. There's been some stories where people end up dying if they avoid their soulmate for a long period of time" Klein said
"...you just made that up" Vill-V said as she kept walking forward
"Huh? Of course not. This is a serious issue. There are severe side effects by doing it and it won't just affect you. They say it affects your soulmate too" Klein said
"Quit it with this nonsense" Vill-V said
"Look I'm just worried about you and want you to at least give her a chance. Maybe there was a reason why you two are together. It's best to get to know the person first..." Klein said
"You win. I'll listen to your advice about giving my soulmate a chance okay? Now let's keep going before the coach yells at us again" Vill-V said
"Alright" Klein said
I hope she listens...
During gym class, the girl kept spacing out since she had many thoughts going through her head. Her throughts kept involving with Aponia, the kiss, and the new information she just learned from Klein
"No way it's true..." Vill-V mumbled
"Why not give it a shot? Not like that's a bad thing right?" Someone spoke out
"Can you please make me disappear forever? I don't think I want to be here anymore..." Vill-V said
"Oh so you want me to take care of the situation? Actually that's a great idea!" The Magician Vill-V said
"Actually wait. It's a bad idea if you guys were to be involved in this" Vill-V said
"You're just embarrassed to see her again after that kiss" The Magician Vill-V said
"No I'm not. I just...don't know how to face her or approach her. She seemed quite serious about it...and that scares me" Vill-V said
"Then take it seriously too and don't run away. Don't make this too complicated for yourself because you can't run away from her forever" The Magician Vill-V said
"Now that you're here...what happened?" Vill-V asked
"Hm?" The Magician Vill-V asked
"What happened yesterday? I can't seem to remember how I got to Klein's place..." Vill-V said
"O-oh...that..." The Magician Vill-V said slightly nervous
"...please don't tell me that-"
"Vill-V!" The coach called making the girl snap back to reality and stood up
"Y-yes coach" Vill-V said
"Quit mumbling to yourself and get out there!" The coach said
"A-ah me? But I-I'm not good at-" Vill-V flinched as the coach blew the whistle
"I-I understand, sir" Vill-V said
You got to be kidding me. I'm not good at sports...
Vill-V got in the court along with the other students and tried to avoid getting close to the ball. She stepped away from the girls letting them play while she tried to seem like she was playing so her coach wouldn't say shit
"Please let this end..." Vill-V mumbled to herself
"Hey! Look out!" A student exclaimed and soon Vill-V met face to face with the basketball
"Ack!" Vill-V got smacked in the face with the basketball and fell down with a bloody nose. The coach blew the whistle stopping the game and Klein rushed over to her
"Hey you there?" Klein asked and Vill-V groaned softly. She squinted her eyes because of the lights and nodded
"Y-yeah I think...?" Vill-V said
I guess I got what I wanted
"Ugh...take your friend to the nurse's office and get cleaned up" The coach said
"Come here" Klein said as she helped Vill-V up and held her close. Blood dripped onto the floor which Vill-V noticed and triggered a memory from yesterday. Her eyes widened seeing a body with a pool of blood underneath it
"H-huh...? Wh-what..." Vill-V mumbled
"You alright?" Klein asked as she started walking and Vill-V felt a throb in her head
"G-gnnh..." Vill-V groaned as she held tightly onto Klein
"Hey what's-" Klein paused as the girl let out a small giggle
"Hehehehe...you really ar-ugh! Hngh! H-haa...m-mind hurrying up? I-I need to lie down r-right now..." Vill-V said and Klein nodded before rushing towards the infirmary. The nurse wasn't found when they got there and Vill-V cleaned up the blood from her nose
"It's not broken right?" Klein asked
"N-nah it should be fi-" Vill-V paused as she felt her head throb again. She grabbed her head before lying down on the bed
"...want me to stay?" Klein asked
"N-no thanks. I-I'll be fine..." Vill-V said
"I can go get you some water if you'd like" Klein said
"S-sure..." Vill-V said
"I'll be right back" Klein said as she stepped out leaving the girl behind. Vill-V rested in bed but winced in pain because of her head throbbing

"M-make...i-it stop please..." Vill-V said as she trembled. She heard a faded laugh close by and shut her eyes tightly
"Y-you...wh-what exactly happened?" Vill-V asked as she gritted her teeth
"...he deserved it right?" The Evil Vill-V asked
"Didn't I say not to do that stuff anymore? I don't want anymore problems..." Vill-V said
"Can you really blame me for doing what's right?" The Evil Vill-V asked
"You think killing him was helpful?" Vill-V asked as her body started shaking
"You wanted him dead either way. Don't forget...I am you too. You just don't want to admit it..." The Evil Vill-V said and Vill-V felt the pain in her head only worsen
"Leave me alone...please...I don't want this..." Vill-V said
"...tch...I am only doing what the others have been doing too. So why am I being treated like this? Am I not good enough like the others? I was created by your own damn pathetic self who couldn't do anything but run and hide!" The Evil Vill-V said
"Shut up..." Vill-V said
"Admit it! You hated them! You hoped for their damn lives to become as miserable as yours! Because they're the damn reason you are like this in the first place! I am part of you whether you like it or not so just fucking accept me for once! I don't plan being trapped-"
"Shut up!" Vill-V said as she sat up from the bed panting heavily with tears rolling down her cheeks. She winced in pain grabbing her head as memories of her past began to come back to her. She started to feel a mix of emotions not knowing what to even feel
"Make it stop make it stop make it stop make it stop..." Vill-V repeatedly said
"You worthless kid..."
"That slutty mother of yours should've been the one to keep you"
"You're nothing and you will always be nothing. Just stay out of my damn life"
"Don't ever call me father ever again! Now out of my way!"
Vill-V felt her body weaken as she slowly started losing consciousness. Her vision started fading while tears rolled down her cheeks
Wh-why...what is...h-happening...?
Suddenly she felt a warm and gentle embrace coming from someone. Something that she never felt before or was used to. Vill-V blinked a few times to see what was going on and snapped back to reality where her eyes met up with Aponia's. Aponia held her head closely placing it back against her shoulder
"H-huh...?" Vill-V asked
"It's okay. I'm here with you..." Aponia said
"L-let...go..." Vill-V said trying to push her away but felt a comforting feeling from the embrace. She leaned against Aponia and her arms moved on their own as she hugged Aponia back. The pain she felt a couple of seconds ago was soon replaced with a soft and comforting
I-is this a soulmate thing? Whatever it is...it feels good
After a couple of minutes, Vill-V didn't let go nor was she planning to since she ended up falling asleep in Aponia's arms
"Uhhh...should we do something about this?" Klein asked
"It's best not to wake her up. Right now she is in a trance-like state meaning that she is in her happy and safe place. Usually this happens when someone is going through a lot of stress that can cause harm to their body if not attended by their soulmate. Do any of you know if she is going through a hard time?" The nurse asked
"She kinda is and let's just say she wasn't quite happy about the fact she had a soulmate..." Klein said
"Oh? Well I'm sure you two can work it out especially since she's accepted you" The nurse said
"Pardon?" Aponia asked
"Sometimes when a soulmate is under a lot of stress or in a frustrated state they'll need care from their soulmate. For those that aren't bonded can reject their soulmate's care which can worsen their condition and cause the other partner to be in a lot of pain because of the rejection" The nurse said. Aponia held Vill-V closely and couldn't help but blush a little
She's accepted me...
"Be sure she doesn't start avoiding you or else both of you will go through a painful experience that may cause a sudden death if not being together on time" The nurse said
"Does avoiding each other still affect us when we seal the bond?" Aponia asked
"Unfortunately yes but a good thing is that the time of being apart is extended. Some soulmates tend to live with their partner immediately to always be together" The nurse said
"So it is true that you can't live without your soulmate?" Klein asked
"Yes. That's why some people call it a curse because their lives are at risk. Others find it nice since they can live happily together with their fated person" The nurse said
"Is she going to wake up soon?" Klein asked
"It depends on the person and their condition. It could take hours for them to wake up. I will notify this situation to your professors so stay here with her until she wakes up okay?" The nurse said
"I understand" Aponia said
"Good. I'll go ahead and send an email" The nurse said as she went to her computer
"Are you two close?" Aponia asked
"Uhm...I'm somewhat basically her only friend or well her first friend that she ever made. She has other friends like Elysia who basically kept bothering her and tagged along with us. So we got stuck with her" Klein said
"Did...something happen to her?" Aponia asked as she lowered her voice
"All I can say is...she doesn't have such a good relationship with her family. The rest...I'll let her explain" Klein said lowering her voice as well
"Does she still live with them?" Aponia asked
"She plans on living with me until we graduate. Yesterday she moved in with me" Klein said
"Okay" Aponia said
"How was she when you found her?" Klein asked
"She was crying and mumbling things to herself. Her body was shaking and had a hard time to breathe" Aponia said and felt Vill-V move around a bit
"Mmm..." Vill-V groaned a bit. She opened her eyes as she finally woke up
"Are you awake?" Aponia asked and Vill-V lifted her head up as she looked around her surroundings
"Hey Vill-V. Feeling better?" Klein asked. Vill-V didn't speak and looked at Aponia before kissing her. Aponia's cheeks reddened since she was surprised by the sudden kiss. Vill-V pulled away before resting her head back against her shoulder and cuddled against her. Aponia remained quiet while her face was burning up and tried to cover her face a bit
"Oh and I forgot to mention that when your soulmate is in this state then they might do things without thinking" The nurse said. Klein remained stunned by what she witnessed and sighed in relief
"I thought she'd burst out and ask what the hell is going on..." Klein said
She's going to go crazy once she snaps out of this.
