I was unable to find any extra entries within the woods, but I'm planning on making a deeper trip into it. I did, however, find a small piece of paper. It was damp and the ink was somewhat smudged. This wood seemed to have been called the Ever-Acre Wood. The next page is labeled the Thirteenth of January, meaning that the twelfth must be the page that's stuck to this one, covered in dried red liquid. It seems to be in L's handwriting.
'January 13th,
Not sure where we are. M won't tell me why we're moving faster. They won't tell me why we keep zig-zagging our path. We're walking a squiggly line, which is not part of the plan we were making, which was going straight to see where it took us. M seems rather distressed, too.
I've been seeing things outside of Watcher walking around and following us. That's probably not good. We've also stopped needing to do regular body functions such as eating and drinking. I asked the Watcher what it meant. All it responded with was 'disease.' I'm assuming it meant the thing we picked up from that place called 'Mirrorscale.' I'll just call it the Trojan, for now.
The sky went red last night. Not a bright, friendly red either. It was a deep, bloody red as if the moon had been sliced open with a serrated blade as if it were the carcass of a deer. The forest is getting more confusing and the weather remains cold and dark. We haven't seen the sun in a while. We never saw it set nor rise. M tells me that it's all in my head. I don't think I believe him. This place is strange. And quiet. There's no snow, no rain, no anything. Just wind and dead leaves. I don't think this is the same forest we were in anymore.'
Well, that's certainly peculiar. I've never heard of anything like that before. I've been asking around about some of their occurences towards some of my colleagues, yet nobody has found results. I'll ask one of the most...professional members of the group to see if he can gather anything with me. Something tells me going into the Ever-Acre Woods alone is becoming a worse and worse idea.
