Peter needed help.

Well of course he also needed like mental help kinda help but he needed help because of tests.

The AP History bring-something-for-show-and-tell was tomorrow.

And he wanted to ask Mr.SteveRogersSir and Mr.BuckyBarnesSir if they could help him. But he was just so anxious about trying to ask them!!

And then Tony heard about this; Mr.Stark got this really creepy grin. It was kinda scary. So well Peter asked Mr.SteveRogersSir and he agreed!! And once he agreed Bucky was totally gonna help too!!

And then Auntie Nat heard about it and she convinced Steve and Bucky they should just go talk to them. And Mr.Stark gave him notecards...

Here's how it went:

The teacher gave him a few looks when they walked in but then said; Okay Peter, what historical or passed down item did you bring today? Remember this is part of you grade for this quarter.

Peter answers confidently while reading off his notecards, Bucky and Steve sat in chairs at the front of the room. Bucky was slouched and on edge from everyone looking at him, Steve was poised and properly sitting comfortably smiling.

"What I brought today has been through WWII. They are very ancient, old. They change our history and I'm glad to bring them to represent today's presentation. Be careful though, they are fragile and likely to break. Please no technology and a test real quick, if I say HAIL you say-"

Nobody responded but Bucky bit down on his metal fingers so his answer wasn't heard. Steve looked at Peter confused a bit, but kept his practiced smile.

"Ok. They are also very delicate that you can't put them near electricity for the brunette and anything cold for the both of them." Everyone clapped politely and immediately nearly everyone's hands were up.

Bucky started speaking through clenched teeth: "you know what Parker-"

"You yes you in the front go ahead!!" Peter started quickly, Flash asked and the bully sounded nervous which was odd for him.

"You're Bucky Barnes right."

Bucky looked at the boy intrigued "yeah."

"Which makes you the Winter Soldier right?"

Peter saw Bucky's face pale but Peter tried to keep going. "Alright come on that was uncalled for next question.

"No no I wanna ask him a question it's fair I get my turn right?"

Flash leaned forward in his desk ignoring the way Bucky's face paled even more.

"Sooo did you kill JFK?"

Bucky processed the question while the room went silent. He scoffed, the Brooklyn accent came back full throttle. "What are you a cop or somethin? Next question."

Steve smirked and Peter was just staring like the rest of the class.

Everybody else asked their questions, mostly asking Steve stuff but every once in a while a kid asked about Bucky, specifically sympathetic to his story of the Winter Soldier.

Peter got back home and Bucky just smiled at him when he thanked him, the ex-assassin disappearing to his room probably to find Sam.

Steve hugged him after Peter tried to thank him but they both headed to the lab.

Immediately Mr.Stark looked up, smiling at the two.

"Hey how'd it go buddy?" Peter just beamed and watched carefully as the practiced smile Steve had on all day vanished. Slowly it was replaced with anger.

"DELICATE AND CAN'T BE PUT NEAR ICE?!"
