Loki was bored.

Well, not just bored.

Loki's was boOoOoOoOoRed of this wretched place.

The only interesting thing happened days ago, and the god had to admit- seeing a sickly Winter Soldier was quite the show.

Interesting to say the least. Loki was almost sympathetic.

It was terrible. Loki hated sympathy. A glorious god like him had no time for such things.

Well he decided to have a little fun.

✨Shapeshifting time✨

It was no debate what creature, a wolf would be too big and noticeable, an insect could be crushed, so Loki chose his favorite creature of all. A beautiful snake. Emerald green scales and about the length of a typical human arm.

He slithered around the compound undetected and decided to snoop, as one does of course.

First he headed to the Tiny Iron Can's lab, finding the not-at-the-moment green man poured over some papers.

The Tiny Can was no where in sight-

Oh.

Nevermind.

A certain Blonde hair blue eyes Captain had the billionaire pinned against a wall.

Could snakes throw up? Because Loki would.

The god slithered away as fast as he could, away through the vents.

Oou. This was a wonderful view. Loki of course memorized it on the first day he came to the weird and pathetic building but still, it was better from a snake's point of view.

Down the vent, to the left and there was the pigeon's room!

Hm. He was just screwing some weird arrow tips on. Ugh BORING.

Loki kept slithering along, flicking his tongue out he caught a whiff of perfume. Down the vent some more, to the right and another panel-

Oh. It was the Witch. Wilma? No. Walmsley? No-
OH WANDA. That was the red one's name. Not the widow, the witch's name was Wanda.

The witch was floating above her bed, in deep focus. Loki's magic vision let him see the waves of pure power and chaos coming off the girl. She was incredibly powerful. Ancient as Thor and Loki's own power.

Hm. Loki would have to do some research later. Maybe he could get mother to send him another super secret care package of his books. (A/N: Pretend she's alive it makes me happier) Mother always loved to see Loki read and learn. Mother was always so kind.

Loki kept slithering along, down the vents and to the left was the widow's room, but she wasn't there.

Then Loki heard the faint sound of classical music.

He went further down the vent, and looked down to find a beautiful dance room.

And a black and red ballerina twirling around a beautiful hardwood floor.

The god had to admit, Natasha was quite mesmerizing, but the trickster knew better than anyone the pain in her eyes. Her tears fell freely and Loki felt the same fuzzy feeling of sympathy he felt for the Sargent. He knew; She was not dancing out of love or passion for the dance, she was dancing to get away. Get away from this cruel world, to get away from the only thing she knew. She was dancing, because it was the only thing she knew.

Natasha stopped, her eyes drifting to the vent, Loki slithered away silently. But Natasha had glimpsed a glint of green, but ignored it, she was too lost in her thoughts.

Loki eventually went to the vent above the Falcon and Winter Solider's room. The soldier was curled inside of the Falcon's chest, making The Sargent look almost tiny. Vulnerable. Loki had come to be almost intrigued by the normally stoic man. Loki's stupid heart (yes he had one) provided him with more annoyingly fuzzy sympathy. The Sargent was crying softly into the Falcon's chest, the Falcon lovingly shushed him, singing a beautiful song.

How cute.

Loki slithered along, finally going to the common room, to find Peter on the couch.

Loki let his snake form shed away while he dropped out of the vent on to the couch, shifting to smoke and easily drifting down. He appeared in his normal form, his outfit impecable as usual.

"Hi Mr.Loki sir!"

"Hello Peter."

"BROTHER?!" Thor came thundering down the hallway.

"Yes?" Loki's still snake like tongue flicked out while his mischievous smile spread. "Do you need some help brother?"

Thor backed away back into his room.

"N-No. it's fine."

Loki nodded and handed Peter the remote.

1:00 on the dot. It was time for daily Peter Loki bonding time.

Binging the Office.
