Chapter 45

Alex pov:

"Taylor are you ready to go to the store?" I yelled

I was taking Taylor to her surprised birthday party but to get her there I told her I would by her anything she wanted for her birthday because she's 21 now however she had to go with me to pick it out.

"Yeah yeah I'm coming" she walked out of the bathroom wearing light blue jeans and just a regular t-shirt and her hair in a pony tail.

I was wearing black leggings and a pink t-shirt with my hair in a messy bun because why not.

"Ready?" I asked

"Yeah let's go"

~30 minutes later~

"Alex are you sure we are going the right way?" Taylor asked

"Yeah in fact we are here" I said pulling in to a parking space

"I thought we were going to the store" she asked

"We are I just need to say hi to someone" I covered up

We were at a restaurant, it was big enough for all of her friends that we could get to show up. It had a stage and a dance floor but amazing food that everyone loved.

We walked in the door and boom
"Surprised" everyone yelled

"Oh my god" taylor said surprised

Everyone was here Jc,zach,David,Annabelle, Jc, Luke and more.

"Thank you guys" Taylor said hugging everyone

"Ok now that you're here let's party" Annabelle yelled

~1hour later~

Taylor got all of her presents but Luke's he said he was waiting for the right time witch I knew what it was, me and Jc were talking on the couch while Luke and Taylor were slow dancing on the dance floor.

"So alex..." Jc was interrupted by the microphone going off and luck holding it.

Taylor's pov:

Luke and I were slow dancing having a conversation

"Thank you for all of this" I said to him

"Taylor" he asked

"Yeah"

"Do you ever want to start a life together? Have children settle down? But after college." he asked

"Well yeah I always thought of that. why do you bring it up?" I asked confused

"Do you ever want to get married?" He shocked me

"What?"

Luke let go of me and walked up to the stage and grabbed a microphone

"Attention attention" everyone stopped and looked at him

" I think it's time I give Taylor her present. Taylor come up here." I walked on the stage confused

"Taylor I was going to wait and give this to you at school hwr we were alone but u want everyone to see this."

He got on one knee and I knew were this was going. I put my hands over my mouth shocked with tears threatening to come out of my eyes

"Taylor I love you and I can't think of a life with out you in it, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I love it if I had the chance to call you mine for the rest of my life. Taylor will you marry me?" He pulled out a ring

I nodded my head scared of tears making me sob and hugged him so tight. I let go and kissed him patiently with everyone cheering behind us. we broke apart and he put the ring on my finger.

Two years together and I tell you what it was the best to years if my life.

I laid my head on his chest as our song came on and we danced slowly to it.

"I love you" he said

"I love you" I replied
