Chapter 38

Alex pov:

It's been a week a freaking week since Anne's incident. We were all at the hospital for that full week and by we I mean Taylor, Annabelle, David, Luke, Jc, and I. Also Zach was there but he wouldn't talk to anyone he just stayed in the coroner looking at his phone.

I walked pass him one time and looked at what he was looking and it was pictures of him and Anne just being a cute couple, kissing, hugging, and just playing around. how I miss that, how how Zach misses that.

"Ok guys Anne is still in the coma but we can now have 2 people in the room at once." the doctor said

"Zach you should first by your self" David spoke up

"Thank you guys" he said as he walked away with the doctor

Zach pov:

I walked into the room and saw the love of my life laying on a hospital bed with wired coming out of everywere. I walked over to her and put her hands in mine.

"I see people do this in the movies all the time so I figure I give it a shool. Anne I love I still do I never stopped, Annabelle showed me the suicide letter that you left explaining how you were drunk and didn't know what you were doing. I forgive you but the doctor told me and only me that if you did live you would be paralyzed from the waist down because when you feel you hit a nerve system and it doesn't work anymore. he also told me that you would be in so much pain for the rest of your life and all I have to say is no matter how much I love you, I would rather have you dead then in pain. I would rather have you perfectly fine up with the big guy then in so much pain that you can't move down here. I want you to be in a better place" I was crying by now but I kept on going" I just want to hear your voice one more time before you go that's all I ask, is to hear you say one last thing I don't care what is it as long as I get to hear your sweet voice"

As if she could hear me, her eyes fluttered open" Zack" she crocked

"Y-yes?" I asked with tears

"I love you t-to" then it stopped. her eyes closed again. her head sunk into the pillow more and her body because pale. I never let go of her hand but it turned ice cold. The hear monitor made a long beep sound and that's when the doctors came in. Yelling at me to get out while they treys to save her but I knew there was no saving.

I walked out of the room and to the others. they all started asking me questions.

"Sh-she talked to me, she told me she-she loves me" I said

"So she's awake?" Annabelle asked

I stayed quiet and that's when they got it

"She's gone" Alex whispered but loud enough for us to hear

And that's when we all grouped hugged like we use to do but there was still one thing missing, my Anne.
