Chapter 55

Jc pov:

"Okay so how do we find this guy?" Chris asked looking at the letter.

"We could call the cops, have them track down this person. And we could tell the school board I'm sure they can help some. I read the letters and I don't think he would hurt her, it kinda sounds like they're in love with her." Connor said

All I said was one simple word "no."

"No?" Connor questioned

"No, this person will kill her the minute he hears sirens outside wherever he is."

"So then we tell them to keep the lights and sirens off when they get close." Chris said looking at me. " but even if we get cops help, we don't know how long it will take to find her."

"Fine we can have the cops help." I said going over to Chris who had the letter. " and we do know where he's at."

"How?" Connor asked

"Idiot left the address on the letter." I told them flipping it over to see the address

Jefferson Street,
1765 Cortez

"So now what?" Chris asked

"We go get her back." I told them grabbing the letter walking out of the door with them following behind.

Alex pov:

"It's nice to see you too." He told me bending down to my level

"Why? Wh- What did I ever do to y-you?" I asked my voice still not to normal

His face got hard as he stood up "You killed Anne."

"Zach I d-didn't kill her, she killed her-herself."

I tired to stand up but was pulled backwards into a chair by a different pair of arms. I looked backwards to see no other then Blake.

"Bl-Blake? Wh-what are you-" I was cut off to a fist to the gut

I bent over in pain groaning.

"Blake her started the letters to you, he started this." Zach said looking at me

"Why?" I asked looking backwards again

"Because," he walked in front of me and bent down to eye level " because I love you, I always will. I never meant to hurt you. I didn't want to kidnap you I just wanted to prove to you that I'm worth it and to try and get you back but Zach joined me and he wanted to kidnap you, he threatened to kill you if I didn't let him."

"Yeah, about that." Zach said walking back over to us.

It all happened so fast.

Zach pulled out a gun and let three bullets leaving the barrel be heard. All three going into Blake. All three killing him.

I did what a normal person would do, I screamed.

"You got to be kidding me." Zack groaned kicking Blake's body out his way and bending down to meet my eyes, my tears filled eyes.

I couldn't catch my breath as he took the barrel of the gun and started stroking my cheek with it.

"Shh, we don't want anyone to hear you know do we?"
