" When I said not to leave me alone in the middle of nowhere, I didn't mean you should drag me to some bar. " She mumbled under her breath.

Daichi only glanced at her before focusing his attention on the path ahead.

' Some time outside the cabin would do her some good. ' was his only thought.

Angelina on the other hand is rather perplexed about the entire idea. On one hand, she's so excited that she doesn't know what to do with herself but on the other hand, she's so nervous it made her nauseous. She felt overwhelmed, this is one the first she's gone out to socialize with normal people, not high-class personnel that want something from her.

She may feel contradicted by the matter but at the same time, she is grateful to Daichi for even going out of his way at all.

' He's so kind ' she pondered glancing at said male.

Looking at him, his hair under the light made his blond hair look gold, his Grey eyes resembled clouds that are about to pour, his sharp jawline, bushy yet well-kept eyebrows, prominent straight nose, and narrow pouty lips that always stay in a Permanent line.

" How old are you? " She inquired

" 35 years old, why? " he replied raising an eyebrow

' He's three years older than me ' she thought, eyes widening ever so slightly.

" Oh, nothing " she responded, directing her gaze elsewhere.

She watched as the scenery passes by, as the tree slowly turn into leveled ground, then buildings and houses as the car goes by.

Yet as calm as the atmosphere is her thoughts were racing a mile a second. All centered on the what ifs that could've happened, what if I didn't meet him would I be happy, I should've listened to Nona, what if it doesn't work what then.

She sighs, running a hand through her hair.
Maybe she really did need a drink, to take the edge. Or maybe she just wanted to get drunk to feel numb just for a little while. But Daichi would have to be right by her side the entire time.

'I'm getting a little too dependant on him, we'll have to part ways soon.' she realized.

Her frown deepens, she's already attached to him without even realizing it until now. Maybe it was that he treated her better than her husband had in years.

" If you keep frowning like that you'll get wrinkles soon. " Daichi's voice broke her out of her deep thoughts.

She huffed, the corners of her mouth twitched at his words. She really did appreciate the older male's thoughtfulness even though he really didn't have to.

" Wrinkles are the least of my problems. " she giggled in response.

" Thank you," she whispered, quickly turning to the window.
