"Long time no see, Komui."

"No way. I can't believe it's really you," Komui stuttered, tears gathering in his eyes. "Can...Can I hug you, please?" He asked.

Komui took a step forward almost like he was approaching a wounded animal. Allen was hesitant until he noticed the sincerity in Komui's eyes. He nodded.

Komui came to stop before Allen opened his arms wide open and pulled the scientist into a tight but gentle hug.

"I-I can't believe it's you," Komui muttered against Allens' temple. Allen could feel the tears drop onto his shoulder. Could feel him shaking. "I'm so sorry. I'm sorry for what the Black Order has done to you! I...it wasn't supposed to end like that! I'm so sorry!" Komui cried, hiding his face in Allen's shoulder, hugging the younger tightly. His voice filled with pain, and guilt.

How can someone as kind-hearted as you suffer under those more ruthless?

Allen leaned against his once senior, nuzzling in the other's warm shoulder.

"Its alright. It wasn't your fault I know it wasn't. I know you tried your best," Allen stated. He felt Komui shake his head letting out a whimper.

"I should've tried harder."

"Trying even the slightest is enough for me," Allen as he hugged the other gently.

Kanda, watching from the sideline, leaning against the wall with a soft expression and small smile.

"I'm so, so sorry." Komui cried against Allen.

Allen watched Kanda from over Komui's shoulder sending him a playful glare, to which Kanda turned his head to.

"Hey! Four eyes! What is it you wanted to talk to us about?" Kanda finally spoke after a full minute of Komui's waterworks staining Allen's clothing. Letting go of the hug, Komui let out a small laugh wiping his eyes with his sleeve as Allen walked over to Kanda and smacked him on the arm.

"O-oh r-right..."

Kanda rubbed his arm glaring at Allen which the other ignored turning his attention back to Komui.

"As you have already guessed Kanda has now been deemed a traitor of the Black Order." Komui replied after centering himself. Allen frowned as he saw Kanda shrug from the side.

"Therefore if the Order were to get their hands on him he will be imprisoned and interrogated for information. Try to stay hidden at best. Move with the shadows and stay out of sight. Lvellie has placed a bounty on both your heads, be vigilant." Komui warned. "On a different note, Lvellie has been overworking the employees of the Order, sending out Finders to undisclosed locations finding either Innocence or nothing at all. He's leading the entire Order on a wild goose chase and it's been driving people mad. Fewer and fewer exorcists are coming back home while Finders are turning up MIA."

Allen and Kanda both watched Komui in silence. Komui rubbed the side of his temple, tensing up as the feeling of a headache began to ache again.

"Lenalee and Lavi are both trying their best to help you from the inside. Lena has been worried sick by trying to find any clue where both of you might be, while Lavi has been trying to stop Chaoji from hunting both of you down. Chaoji has begun to rampage going on and on about how both of you were the traitors from the beginning and to kill you both on sight. So far Lavi has slowed him down in his advances."

"Shit."

"I didn't imagine it would turn into a hellhole." Allen stated.

Komui nodded, a sad smile sat on his slips. His eyes were tired from everything that's happened.
