Kanda watched as Allen went silent, looking down at the ground. He barely caught what his expression was but he couldn't be sure. He knew that Lavi and Lenalee-when they both had been in the order-deserved to be saved. Kanda knew and so did Allen, although that didn't stop the both of them from doubting, especially Allen.

Back at the Noahs Ark, the Earl was currently surrounded by mountains and mountains of paperwork.

"Road!"

"Yes, Lord Milennium?" Road appeared the moment her name was said. She replied in a sing-along voice as she held Lerro while she skipped towards him.

"My sweet Dream, I am doubting the approval I have given of ever allowing Allen to enter this Ark and be with us," Lord Millennium stated.

Road hummed in response. "With all due respect Lord Milennim, you wanted to be closer to the Fourteenth. You wanted to be by his side for centuries, yet now you feel like you don't. Why is that?"

"Of course, I want to be by his side! That is all I ever wanted," Lord Millennium replied as he slumped against his chair. "He is currently trapped within the body of a teenager, a teenager that was taught to destroy us Noah it makes it harder to stay by his side when there is a chance where he could strike at any sign of weakness. I manufacture Akuma's, Road you really don't think he has some type of grudge against me?"

Road started to hum a tune as she looked at Lord Millennium, "Well then, you have yourself a tiny problem there, don't you?" She looked down at Lerro and started to spin the umbrella around.

"L-Lero." The umbrella let out a long whine. She stopped spinning the umbrella for a moment before letting go, watching as it hovered horizontally allowing her to sit on it and hover with it.

"Lord Millennium you need to learn to loosen up a little! You are under so much stress from the Exorcist that it's making you jumpy. Nothing is going to happen while Tyki, Wisely, and I look after Allen."

Not truly believing what Road had stated, Lord Millennium sighed. "I hope you're right little one."

"What the hell do you expect me to do?" Kanda yelled at Allen. They both have been fighting for the past hour, trying to figure out a way to get to the Black Order without getting caught.

Allen huffed, "Well, I don't know! Use your brain for once, Baka!"

"Stupid, Moyashi!"

I really don't get both of you. One minute you're acting like you both mean the world to each other and the next you want to rip each other's head off.

"Shut it, Uncle!"

"I do advise not angering Nea. That hurts me in the end."

We both know you can shield my aura.

"..."

That's what I thought.

Allen paced back and forth, ignoring the conversation going on in his head but was relieved when he finally noticed the two stopping their talk.

Kanda watched as Allen paced back and forth, muttering under his breath about different ideas. He signed, "Moyashi, why not open the Ark, that way it's a fast retreat in case we need one."

"You're right! Why didn't I think of that?" Allen asked himself.

"Maybe it's because you are an idiot?"

"Kanda, Shut up."

"The only problem with that plan is that the Black Order will be on high alert and monitoring to see if the Ark opens around the facility."

"You're right." Allen sighed. Kanda gave him a weird look, "The Order has too much high security and could make it impossible for me to open the Ark."

Kanda let out a hum in thought.

"Allen!" Road yelled, popping out from behind Allen, scaring him half to death, as she hugged him from behind.

"What the hell Road?! I almost had a heart attack!" Allen was flustered as he yelled back at Road.

Kanda watched with narrowed eyes.

"Well, I'm here to help you two out silly~" Road stated with a giggle.

"Why would a Noah help us?" Kanda asked, weary of the small child before him. He knew what she was capable of.

"Calm down, Yu. I want to help Allen as much as I can. He has become part of this family so why not make things a bit more interesting for the Earl, hm?" She replied with a smile.

"Did I give you permission to call me by that?"

"Aw, is the big girly man mad?" Road laughed.

"What did you say Shorty?!" Kanda unsheathed Mugen.

"You heard me~" Road replied with a wink as she hopped on Lerro and start to levitate.

A hand was placed on his. He looked back, seeing Allen looking back at him with a gentle smile. "Calm down, Yu. We don't have time to argue here we need to get Lenalee and Lavi out of the Order."

Kanda clicked his tongue, sheathing Mugen.

Allen nodded. He looked up at where Road giggled in return.

"C'mon Allen! I didn't mean for him to get all moody. It was just a bit of fun~"

Allen shook his head, fondly. "You came here to help us, Road?" He asked.

She nodded, floating down.

"You know I love that childish side of yours when it's not demented and you're trying to kill me," Road pouted. "But I need you to be serious here, please?"

"Hmph, buzz kill."

Allen laughed, ruffling Roads hair. He turned to Kanda who was patiently leaning against a wall, looking up in boredom.

"Hey!"

Kanda turned to look at him, "Yes, Moyashi?"

Allen narrowed his eyes, "How many times do I have to tell you baka! My name is Allen damn it!"

"Okay love birds time to talk business," Road smiled, watching the two go at it. "Listen." She said. In a serious tone. "I can open my door, but only for eight minutes before they detect it, this is because I will be dropping you both off in a close area that houses the two exorcists you are looking for. The closer to the center I get the less time you have, got it?"

"Okay, little Noah, where will you drop us off?" Kanda asked.

Road leaned forward with a hum, "Walk through and see for yourselves! I must warn you..." She smiled menacingly, tapping her wrist. "Time starts now~"

Timcanpy popped out from under Allens' hair, going through the door as soon as it opened. Allen rushed after him.

Kanda followed but as soon as he was about to walk through he stopped and turned towards Road.

"What's your game here?" He asked.

Kanda watched as Road landed on the floor, Lerro swinging behind her. She leaned forwards, looking up.

"No game here. I really just want to help Allen." She hummed. "He is all that matters. Him and Nea."

Kanda looked down at her, searching her mischievous eyes for any sign of a lie. He couldn't find any. He slowly nodded, turning back and walking through the door.

As Kanda exited the door, he stumbled a bit but regained his composure. He looked around until he found Allens' form.

Allen was frozen. He groaned, shaking his head in what Kanda assumed to be irritation.

"Out of all the bloody rooms in this place! She had to go and pick this one?!"
