Strolling back into the room. Allen felt the room's tension lift as soon as he stepped in - Kanda rolled his eyes, however, their attention quickly shifted towards Lavi.
He was awake.
"Wh...Where am I?" Lavi looked around, blinking repeatedly, whimpering in response, his head beginning to hurt. Quickly, he brought a hand up, holding the side of his head carefully.
"Why does my head hurt? What happened?" Lavi quickly asked, jaw clenching in pain.
Without a second thought, Allen quickly kneeled in front of the redhead, assessing his condition.
"Lavi, hey, it's okay." Allen started, gently placing a hand on Lavi's shoulder. "You're in a safe place, far away from the Order and those who want to hurt you."
Lavi groaned in reply, clenching his eyes tightly. Allen frowned before sighing and looking up at Tyki.
"Take him somewhere dark. Somewhere he could rest comfortably as he heals." Allen exclaimed.
Tyki nodded in reply.
Lavi wasn't paying attention to anyone anymore; his head was pounding. It felt like someone had struck him with a brick. The pain intensified, but all he could do was whimper in pain. He slowly blinked the haze out of his eyes, turning to the side and noticing a green blob lying on the couch he was currently resting against.
"Lena-" He started before another round of pain shot through him.
"Everything will be explained, c'mon, Little Rabbit. Let's get you somewhere comfortable." Tyki stated. He carefully placed one hand under his legs and the other right against his back. All Lavi could do was moan in pain at the sudden shift. He was leaning against a warm chest, which gave him some relief. He sighed softly, digging his forehead deeper into the chest.
"Look after him, won't you?" Allen asked. He walked over to Lavi, who was in Tyki's arms, and moved a strand og red hair from his closed eyes.
"You have my word, Snowflake," Tykie replied.
Allen smiled and took a step back towards Kanda.
Before Tyki could move, Lavi called out a name.
"Allen," Lavi whimpered out. Allen froze before rushing back to Lavis' side.
"Lavi? Are you okay?"
"M'sorry. Sorry, I couldn't do more to protect you." Lavi replied, eyes open but hazy.
Allen gave Lavi a sad smile, knowing that somewhere deep down, Lavi just wanted to help in his own way, even if it may have been impossible. He knew that the Order watched everyone, controlling them through so many ways that it was starting to become... something else entirely.
"Hey, when you are better, we will talk. Okay?"
Lavi whimpered, brushing his cheek against Tyki's chest.
"I promise we will talk. I'm not going anywhere."
Lavi let out a hum in reply. Allen noticed the other finally falling into the slumber he desperately needed. Tyki tightened his hold.
"We will see you soon. Don't do something stupid." Tyki said with a chuckle, leaving the room with Lavi in hand. The walk felt like it was never-ending, and the pain in his head was pulsing harshly, especially when the achiness of his body made it worse. When he heard a door open, the noise felt like it was cutting through his head in agonizing torture. He heard Tyki curse quietly as he rubbed his face deeper into the other's shoulder, trying as hard as he could to block out the sounds.
