In the world of Teyvat worrying developments took place. The land outside of towns and cities was normally always crawling with monsters, but ever since a month ago they were nowhere to be found. And thus the Mondstadt branch of the Adventurers Guild send Fischl and Bennett to see of they could find out what has caused this change and how to solve it. And so they set off into the woods. They were already searching for days. Eventually, they were even joined by Razor, who helped them with his tracking skills. They found an abandoned hilichurl village with nothing in it, so it didn't seem like they left in a hurry and their footprints were clear to follow. They decided to follow the trail and after a couple of hours they found something interesting.
Razor motioned them over, indicating he found something. Where they ended up was a clearing with a sandy ground that was full of footprints of different shapes and sizes. Some were shallow some were deeper. 'Hilichurls joined others,' Razor said, his speech still leaving something to be desired due to his lack of interaction with humans. 'Leave now, care family,' he said and left the archer and swordman alone. Since the trail was very obvious they followed it until the two of them walked out to a big rock wall in front of them. Inside the cliff were two huge, black stone doors, of at least 4 meters high. In the middle was a symbol of a sword and a scythe crossed with one another, which was the middle of a big golden circle that looked like a full moon. On each corner of the doors was an eight-pointed star. The rest of the door was decorated with different constellations in silver. On either side of the big double doors was a big statue of an armoured knight wielding a greatsword, made from dark grey stone. 'Woah, what is such an anomalous construction doing in such a place,' said the female adventurer. Bennett cocked up his brow. Next to the blonde girl a raven formed. 'She means: 'What is such a weird thing doing here?' translated Oz, the King of Ravens. 'Perhaps just some ruins?' the ash blonde boy suggested. 'I think the probability of such a chance is quite low, as I, Fischl von Luftschloss Narfidort, Prinzessin der Verurteilung of the outer realm Immernachtreich, have never seen anything about such a structure on any piece of written knowledge in the great structure that gives refuge to binded papers covered with leather,' Fischl said. 'She means that she never read anything about it in the library,' said Oz. 'Ooooooh,' said Bennett, 'Maybe we should go back and ask my dads about it?' 'I think that would be an extraordinarily excellent idea,' said the girl with wings tattooed on her back and they both left.
Inside the domain you walked to the double glass doors that seperated your bedroom from its balcony and looked out over the gloomy tops of the other mountains and the hundreds of thousands of hilichurls training beneath your gaze on the barren and lifeless land. No animal walked these lands, except for an occasional corvid and your own personal Creatures of Grimm. The trees rose up from the ground, like big skeletal hands are trying to grasp the moon herself. The eternal moonlight basking your sun deprived face and the rain cleansing your clothes from any dirt, but at the same time soaking it. The sun never rises, nor does the full, silver moon ever set. It's always there, whatever happens. A extraterrestrial body in the sky that you can cling to because it will never change, even if everything changes around you. Your gaze travels to the entrance of your domain: a semi-circle platform of about 5 meters in radius, with a stone railing around it. The only ways to move from there was either to turn back into the world of Teyvat, or to continue walking the enormous elevated stone path that started after an eerily welcome message set in stone, literally. One stone tile reads:
This is the realm of Eternal Twilight
Where the darkness rules and the sun doesn't shine the darkness rules and the sun doesn't shine
This is my domain
Where you're always under my gaze
Welcome traveller, to my ImmernachtreichThe elevated pathway consisted of different circular platforms of 5 meter radius, supported by one stone pillar in the middle and at the top of each pillar, just under the platform four gargoyles are placed, one in each wind direction. Each platform is connected to another one by stone walkways of 100 meters long. This pathway leads up to your dark castle of celestial proportions. It's walls looming over the surrounding areas and the towers thrusting into the sky and piercing the clouds. The only way to enter your realm was past your castle, which is an impregnable fortress and heavily guarded.
On your balcony the rain has stopped. A raven landed behind you and turned into smoke. The smoke turned into a beautiful woman with raven hair, red eyes and fair, white skin. She wore a black kimono styled jacket with red pauldrons and bracers, with black, fingerless gloves. She has an red and black obi shash around her waist and two red tassets too, with a sheathed katana on her left hip. Underneath the tassets she wore a black, mid-thigh length skirt and greaves in the same color as her bracers with black, reinforced shoes. She knelt down behind you. 'So Raven, what's the news?' you asked without bothering to look around. Raven wasn't a normal human with the ability to shift into a raven, but rather it's the other way around. She answered your question. 'The impostor found the entrance to your domain, my Lord,' the jet black haired woman reported. 'Anything else?' 'Yes my Lord, the girl wasn't alone. She had a boy with her. The orphan that grew up within the Adventurers Guild. That concludes my report,' Raven said, 'my Lord.' 'Very good work, Raven,' you said. 'Thank you, my Lord,' Raven said, still kneeling. 'Take this as a reward for your hard work,' you said and gave your own investigator your mask that you made when you just landed in Teyvat. 'Are you sure, my Lord?' she asked you. 'Are you questioning my decisions?!' you said in a threatening tone. 'No, my Lord! Please forgive me my Lord!' she wailed and quickly accepted your mask. 'I will, for now. I have a new mission for you,' you said and gave her an almost perfect sketch of Lumine, but a make version of her, with different clothes. 'Find this boy or man. This is Lumine's twin brother, his name's Aether, but the probability of him using an alias isn't unlikely. Find out what you can about him and report back when you know where he is,' you ordered her, 'whatever you do, do NOT engage in combat with him, got it?' 'Yes, I understood, my Lord,' she said. 'Good, that's all for now. You're dismissed,' you said and waved her off with your hand. 'I'll do what I can, my Lord,' the red eyed woman said and turned into a raven once again and flew off into the eternal night sky. And you went back inside your room. You changed out of your soaking wet clothing - a pyro abyss mage will come and dry it when you gave the order anyway - and into clean ones. Black boots, dark grey pants and a dark red shirt. Over that you wore a long, hooded, black trenchcoat and a black, dark red and dark grey mask. You then left your room and went to the throne room.
