Chapter 1: Investigation of The New World, New Species.

The multiversal vessel, timeship space station model 01, the paragon enforcer. Following his previous crossover missions, Sigil has run reports on other multiverses, and they all appear to be relatively calm. In the aftermath of previous multiversal crises, he was considering returning to his earth for some R&R, but then... a computer voice said: "alert.". Taking action. A new reality has been detected in Japan, in Kamakura, the capital city of the Kanto region." Sigil is baffled, what kind of new species can possibly exist in this parallel universe? As he thought he could finally take a break, the work of maintaining the multiverse never seems to end. To investigate this alternate universe, he donned his armor and opened the multi-gateway.

In Kamakura, japan. Sigil arrived via the multi-gateway "so this is japanning or at least the city capital. "then he disguised himself as one of its citizens to blend in with the populace. His device on his wrist is detecting some kind of strange particles spreading in the air, better to collect some samples and store it in his device for further analysis, as he walked, he hears the music of we are the champions by crazy frog, sigil finds it intriguing, he then continues to walk. 

His first stop is the Enoshima Oohashi Bridge while he's walking on the road he stumbled upon the hand print, two of them in fact! Make it four, six, eight, ten, and more! Who or what could have made those prints? To find out, he uses the choro-tracker, designed to analyze certain places and playback in time and events that happened here in the form of recording or hologram, (the events of episode 12 of the elfen lied anime.) and this is where he found out the hard way when the pink hair girl slices the woman in half, then process to leap to one place to another, then he jumps where the SAT soldiers and kills them off, one by one without lifting a finger! To sigil's horror, he witnessed Lucy murdering them without second thoughts as the boy stand here in horror, witnessing it as well while screaming at the top of his lungs. And as she kills the final soldier, she hums the ominous song while walking to Kouta as they two talk. Then after that playback stopped. 

He grabbed his choro-tracker and he was in disbelief of the girl possesses some kind of telekinetic force that can kill a living creature, sigil needs to relieve such stress as he went to the crepes stand to order some food. However, despite having his stress calmed, he continues his investigation to find out more about his girl for he knows she's not human and why didn't she kill another one?

His second search is the tsunugaoka hachinanguu shrine or the Shinto shrine, when he takes a look around the shrine, deduced that something did happen, prompted to use a choro-tracker to find out the clues, only to discover that Lucy as the child from eight years ago, she's flat on the ground, mumbling to herself and then once she stands up, took off her hat to reveal her horns, lastly. She killed several people on the festival grounds and sigil bets that this is not the first time. 

However, when he obverses the gokurakuji train station, he saw Kouta's family, Lucy murdered both in cold blood, much to his horror. Then the simulation is over and he took the device, saying: "oh god." For he's distraught by what he saw and he wonders why did she do such a thing to the boy. What caused her to be like this? If she's the child from eight years ago, and her parents are obviously not around to take care of her, then the connection lies with the orphanage! That was his next stop.

He arrived through the mountains in the Kamakura area to find an orphanage, as he enters via teleportation button, he finds himself in Lucy's former room and sees hand prints all over, he scans one of them and compares them. Once the match analysis is complete, he said it's the same! But where does it add up? He wonders, then he walked to another room and pulled out the Chrono-tracker to scan and playback the events that happened before, there he witnesses other orphaned children bullying Lucy whose name during this time is Kaede, and worst even. They found out she had a stray puppy she cared for taken from her only to watch as they brutally murdered the defenseless animal which led her to slaughter four children in the canteen. 

Horrified, he left the canteen once the Chrono-tracker's recreation of the event in question is over as he grabbed it. Finally found the cause of her being a killer so it all adds up, not in the prettiest way. Breathing heavily from that ordeal, he quickly leaves the orphanage urgently. 

Sigil then went to the central park to do some analysis of the clues he uncovered, a girl with the power to slice and dice a human being without lifting a finger, has been through rough beginnings of constant prejudge and betrayal thus, creating the ultimate killing machine, also led to becoming a target of the government, the soldiers aren't doing a good job bringing her down with conventional weapons alone, and the horns protruded on both sides of her head. Just who or what is she sigil said to himself, and the hand prints just what is that? Having no options, he decided to go to the police department for more information.

Along the way, he heard another song, this time called warriors by freedom call, the music has a nice ring to it. He would listen to it more, but he has to make his way to the police station, from there he asked two detectives about recent events that took place here in the city, and they say that there is a serial killer on the loose. But they don't know who that is or what that person looks like, sigil mumbles to himself that person may refer to the same girl he's trying to find out, then he asks is that the person by any chance is a girl who is irritably different. 

One of the detectives give him a picture of the pink-haired horned girl with a depressed expression, sigil says he'll keep this and the detectives let him since they don't have any leads. 

Sigil then compares the picture with long and other with short hair and after the scanning, they're the same person. The horns, however, are still in question, why are the people scared of that? What is the reason behind this? Then he uses his device to pinpoint the location where this girl is last seen and what appears to be the restaurant-like home with the address, this will be his other stop, hours later, he arrived at the right place, which is called the maple house, so he pretended to be the tourist on the vacation trip, knocking on the door, the one answering it is Kouta himself, he asks who is that guy? Sigil disguised his name with the human name: Sawyer, he's a tourist, seeing the sights and he happened to stumble upon this particular house, Kouta sees nothing suspicious about this man and invites him in. there he sees rooms, living rooms, the kitchen, anything that looked like the Chinese restaurant of some kind, also he met Yuka, Mayu, Nozomi, and nana, by the time he sees nana, she looked just like the same species as Kaede is from, the sight of nana makes a litter nervous, but even more so than that: this is where he finally meets Lucy or in this case: Nyu, which he immediately recognizes her from the spot much to his shock and agitation.

 Beholder: he found the mutant killer at last! But there is a difference about her in he'll soon discover, that he must maintain his deception or else, one wrong move on his girl may unleash her ruthless persona and risk being torn apart limb from limb. What would the outcome remains to be seen.
