Akihito went on a little search for Akeno since she left without letting anyone in their family know. This got him wondering to what she could be doing so he later followed behind. After a bit of following, he ended up back at the academy then losing sight of her
Akihito:"What're you up to?" He asked himself. He walked to the ORC building to see if he can find her there.

Finally reaching the building and heading inside, Akihito heard a loud scream sounding throughout the hallways of the old building. Thinking someone was in need of help, he dashed off to that direction.
???:"NOOOOO!"
Rias:"Hello, good to see you're full of energy."
???:"Why are you here!?"
Akeno:"My, my, the seals been undone so you can come out now."
???:"NO! I DON'T LIKE PEOPLE! I DON'T WANT TO COME OUT!" The voice yelled back. Rias and her peerage all walked inside the room and found a little 'girl' cowering in a corner.
Issei being Issei, was ecstatic that their other peerage member was a 'girl'. Before he could do anything perverted to them, Rias had to explain who they were.
Rias:"You may see a girl, but biologically he's a boy."
Issei:"Wut?"
Akeno:"He's really fond of cross-dressing, fufu~."
Issei:"What!?!?"

Akihito:"What's going on here?" Everyone looked back to the entrance and found him standing their. All were surprised by his sudden appearance except the boy.
Akeno:"Nii-san! What are you doing here?"
Akihito:"I could ask you the same." His eyes then landed on the quivering boy in the corner. Said boy felt no greater fear in his life until his eyes landed upon Akihito.
Akihito:"Who's the little girl?"
Issei:"It's a trap! Literally!"
Koneko:"Shut it." She told him followed by a punch to the gut.
Rias:"His name is Gasper Vladi, my other bishop. He's a first-year student at the academy and half-vampire, half-human."
Gasper:"Eek!" Gasper cowered back into the corner at the sight of a stranger.
Gasper:"W-who are y-you!? W-why are you here!?"
Akeno:"He's my family, he's not going to harm you. Right?" She nudged her brother.
Akihito:" 'Course I'm not."
Rias:"He's a friend of ours and he can be a friend to you as well. What do you say, Gasper? Want to come with me and see the outside world again?" She bent down at her knees and stuck her hand out.
