Well, I've been gone a long time, but here I am. In fact, I have a lot of content, but not all of it is finished. I will try to make a new one in the near future. This idea was given to me by a LegoFriendsStories who wrote to me in a comment. _________________________________________________________________________

Thunderstorm. Such a simultaneously beautiful, but at the same time dangerous natural phenomenon. Wind, rain, thunder, lightning.

All this caught them in the jungle.

Mia would be lying if she said she wasn't afraid.

The storm had actually been scaring her since she was a child. One day her parents left her at home alone for a while to go to the store, and Daniel went with them, but they were a little late, and at that moment a thunderstorm began. When they returned, they found their daughter all in tears under the blanket. She then could not calm down for a long time, thinking that the storm had killed them, and since then this phenomenon forced her to gather all her courage not to cry.

She did not expect at all that a storm would find them in the jungle. She hugged herself with her arms when the wind began to intensify, and since then she has been following her friends and River, who, unlike her, adored thunderstorms. Of course, she tried to summon all her courage to drive the animals into the shelter.

- I'll go before the storm gets worse, I'll come back as soon as I can, - Shaella exhaled, pressing the pedal, and the SUV started off, - Turn on the radios!

As soon as she left, Mia hugged herself excitedly, and then squeezed her eyes shut, trying to calm down. Only the increasing wind did not give her such an opportunity. However, the warm palm that rested on her shoulder gave her a sense of at least some reassurance, and Mia opened her eyes, bumping into the brown-haired man's encouraging smile. He rubbed her shoulder lightly with his thumb, and then silently pointed his head at the friends who were waiting for instructions.

The redhead looked up at them, and her confused look was replaced by determination.

- So, we'll make sure that all the animals are locked up properly, - she looked from one group to another, while River's palm was still gently stroking her shoulder, - and you follow the pets and close the clinic. You can take Zobo and Zoe.

They all headed in different directions, and River was about to follow Stephanie as well to help her close the clinic, but the redhead's palm caught his wrist and stopped him. He turned around, looking at the girl, and Mia looked up at him in confusion. She looked scared as hell, and the brown-haired man's gaze immediately warmed when her fingers released his wrist.

- You... Can you come with me? - she asked uncertainly, rubbing her elbow with her hands again, and looked away, looking anywhere but at him, - I wouldn't be so scared... That is, no! I mean, take it easy! Yes, that is...

He interrupted her nervous explanation by gently squeezing her hand in his, and Mia fell silent, looking at him again. His thumb gently ran over her knuckles in a soothing motion, and she exhaled, feeling his calm and confident aura affect her. If they were in a different situation, she would have burned with embarrassment long ago, but now fear forced her to act more decisively.

- I'll go with you if it makes you feel better, - his eyes shone with the same warmth that the girl always saw when their gazes crossed, and she felt how he intertwined their fingers, - Come on, let's not waste time.

Mia nodded, clutching his hand as if they were hanging on the edge of a precipice, and the two hurried to the stalls to get the animals out of them.
