- Understand that they are actually more into making others happy, despite what you may think. And because of this, they appreciate those who do things to make them smile.
- Because they are action people, they will do things they find interesting and/or fun.
- They cannot, and I repeat cannot, be "tamed" unless they want to. So that base you put in your voice to get them to listen better will fall on deaf ears unless they are willing to do what you're asking. But don't fret, that same tenacity drives them to do awesome things.
- They can be hot-tempered but this is usually when they have build up tension with no means to express it otherwise.
- Keeping their interest is a must. Boring is not what attracted them to you, so make things... interesting.
