Emi's classes went by smoothly, considering that it was her first day. Ocassionally, she would catch demons shooting her inquisitive, fascinated glances.

She would also catch demons shooting her looks of hunger.

Emi tried her best to ignore those ravenous looks, making getting through her classes her main priority. She felt quite relieved when it was time for Art class; art had been one of her side hustles in the Human Realm, yet even in the Devildom, she was still incredibly passionate about the hobby.
Additionally, she shared Art classes with Satan and Asmodeus. Emi was certain that they didn't care about her presence, but nevertheless, it felt pleasant to share an enjoyable class with people she somewhat knew.

Moreover, Emi shared her Seductive Speechcraft classes with Lamia. Although she didn't have an opportunity to speak with her demoness friend throughout the class, she caught Lamia staring at her more than once. Whenever Lamia was caught looking by Emi, she would give Emi a wink before turning to the front.

They only had an opportunity to chat again once classes were over. Emi was on her way back to the House of Lamentation, contemplating whether she should sneak into a karaoke bar when she felt someone hug her from behind. Emi's reflexes almost kicked in, until she realized that it was her friend.

"Guess who~?" the familiar voice of Lamia rang in Emi's ears, and once Lamia got off of her, she turned around to see her friend grinning widely and mischievously at her.

"Lamia, you scared the hell out of me..." Emi sighed, closing her eyes momentarily before re-opening them and grinning back at Lamia. They only knew each other for about half a day, yet it felt as if they've been friends for years. Emi was hopeful that their new, blossoming friendship would turn into a strong, unbreakable bond.

"It's not gonna be the last time I scare you." Lamia giggled, patting Emi on the head.
"I knew I should've never trusted these demons." Emi said in mock despair, making Lamia giggle even more.

"Sooooo," Lamia said, fidgeting with her hands while looking at Emi, "do you have any plans for today?"

"I was planning on going to a karaoke bar." Emi smiled. "Maybe explore the Devildom a bit more... while trying not to get eaten by a demon."

While Emi was talking, she suddenly remembered about what Lucifer said about Mammon's credit card this morning.

"So, in order to impose limits of my own, there's a certain form of money that I've frozen in his case..."
